CREATION OF BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION
MANAGEMENT COUNCIL
(BDRRMC)
WHEREAS, Under R.A. 10121 Risk Reduction Plan: the Primary Objectives of this plan are to
prepare and prevent needless suffering to protect property and to minimize damages during disaster and
calamities.
WHEREAS, to strengthen disaster control capability. The Government launched a national
program in community preparedness in support of the local Government in time of emergencies.
Now, therefore, I, TOMAS D. REYES , Punong Barangay of CAINGIN , City of Malolos, Bulacan
by the virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby create the Barangay Risk Reduction
Management Council which shall compose the following:

1. Establish the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council.
2. Coordinate from the CDRRMC, the disaster operation activities of its tasked units.
3. Implement within the barangay the guidelines set by the CDRRMC.
4. Advise the members of BDRRMC.
5. Group tasks indicated in Barangay Resolution.
