Duration per contract You will be offered weekly contracts via Randstad. After a
duration of 6 months, and a positive evaluation, you can be
offered a permanent contract directly with the company.
The first half of your first contract is a trial period during
which both parties can end the contract at any time.
Salary Gross starting salary - 17,33 euro/hour
+ €0,85 when you get a contract of the company
Morning & afternoon shift compensation - 10% of the hourly
salary
Night shift compensation - 20% of the hourly salary
Saturday shift compensation - 25% of the hourly salary
Sunday shift compensation - 100% of the hourly salary
The salary can be around 2800 euro/net/per month.
- €500/month for the accommodation
Meal vouchers - 8 euros/worked day
Other salary elements
Extra benefits valid with the start of the permanent
contract:
hospitalization insurance / group insurance
travel commute depending on the distance to work.
From our accommodation it’s 15 km, you will receive about
€11 weekly
Roster full continuous roster:
Working 6 days and 2 days off. Each 2 days you change
between morning, afternoon, and nightshift.
day 1-2 - morning shift: 6.00 - 14.00 o’clock
day 3-4 - afternoon shift 14.00 - 22.00 o’clock
day 5-6 - night shift 22.00 - 6.00 o’clock
day 7-8 - free
day 9-10 - morning shift

Housing specifications We can provide temporary housing if necessary. The cost
will be 125 euro per week, incl. electricity, water, gas and
internet.

Transportation to work a car is needed, accommodation is 15 km from the company

Holidays In Belgium the legal amount of paid holidays is 20 days.
You also get 12 days extra unpaid holidays.
There is no collective closed period during the summer or
winter.
However the company is closed on: 24 + 25/12 and 31/12 +
01/01
You can take holidays at any date you choose discussed with
the company, with a maximum of 3 weeks consecutive.
Unpaid holidays are to be discussed with the company or
overtime can be recuperated.

Job requirements - You are technically skilled or have experience as an
operator
- You can think along with the production process and
deliver quality work
- You have experience in a full continuous work or
proven experience of a very flexible work roster (at
least 3 shifts system)
- good level of English (B2)

In Belgium, everyone pays 13.07% Social security contributions.
The tax percentage applied to a person depends on that person's personal situation (married,
children,...) and on the amount of hours they have worked (the more hours you work, the more
