These should be two foods that are similar in nature. For example, you can compare two snack items,
two different types of canned food, or two different types of cereal. You will then need to compare
and contrast the information on the labels by answering the questions below. Review the questions
and provide your answers.

3. Write a reflection summarizing your analysis and comparisons of the 2 food labels. Some
questions to address:
● Which food has the highest fat content? Lowest?
● Which has the most carbohydrates? Least?
● How do the products compare in terms of sugars, sodium, protein and fiber content?
● Are there any products that stand out as particularly high or low in certain nutrients?
● “Which food is the healthier choice, and why?”
-Neither of the products has any fat, so neither of them was highest or lowest.
-The Mott’s Fruit Flavored Snacks: Assorted Fruit had the most carbohydrates and the Funables Fruity Snacks:
Mixed Berry had the least amount of carbohydrates
-Mott’s has more sugar than Funables: 19g:12g, Mott's has more sodium than Funables: 35mg:10mg,
Funables has slightly more protein than Mott's 1g:0, Motts and Funables both have no fiber.
-Motts has over twice the amount of vitamin C as Funables 54mg:23mg
-Funables are the healthier product because they have less unhealthy ingredients like sugar and sodium.
