telling us a little about yourself and your experience relevant to the Analyst
position?
Samuel Quiroga: Good morning, thank you for the opportunity. My name is
Samuel Quiroga and I am 28 years old. I have a degree in Administration from
the Technological University of Peru (UTP). During my studies, I had the
opportunity to do an internship in a logistics warehouse with the Ransa Group,
where I was able to apply my theoretical knowledge in a practical environment.
Nayeli: Excellent. Could you tell us a little more about your experience at the
Ransa Group? What kind of tasks did you perform?
Samuel Quiroga: Of course, at Ransa Group I worked mainly in inventory
management and logistics process optimization. I participated in the
implementation of a quality control system, which helped reduce losses and
improve warehouse efficiency. I also collaborated with the finance team to
analyze operating costs and look for ways to reduce expenses without
compromising service quality.
Nayeli: It sounds very interesting. In addition to your technical experience, you
mentioned in your cover letter that you are committed to a healthy lifestyle. How
do you think this influences your professional performance?
Samuel Quiroga: I firmly believe that maintaining a balance between work and
personal well-being is essential to being productive and efficient. I practice
physical activities regularly, which helps me stay focused and energized
throughout the day.

Samuel Quiroga: I am very interested in the position because I believe it
