We are a small multi-awarded Fragrance Company
trusted by DIYers, hobbyists, and fellow ScentrePinoys
who have small and medium-sized businesses,
in the Philippines since 2009.
We provide premium quality fragrances, essential oils
and other products for micro / small and medium-sized
perfumery, personal care (soaps, hair care, skin care),
and home care (home scents, candles, detergents, and
fabric softeners) businesses.
We also provide workshops, proper documentation and
extend technical assistance for product makers, and
advocate for the safe usage of our materials in
whatever product application it may be.

Our artisans have been making candles for over a decade.
Our founder is a chandler since 2014 and
is also a British-trained Perfumer and a US-Certified
Fragrance Specialist. She can guide you with finding the
perfect scents that fit your branding and target market's
preferences, if you need her guidance.
We value your time, effort, and investments.
We'll tell you what work & what won't, what can cause
problems and give you options and solutions.

PRODUCT SAFETY
We want you and your customers to be able to enjoy the
aroma, warmth and light that candles bring without wondering
if it is safe for you, your family and the environment.
We use fragrances that are free from harmful phthalates, and
comply with IFRA recommended concentrations of scents and
essential oils for your candles, regardless if you are using
fragrances readily available in our library or custom-blended
by our perfumer.
Technical documents like Material Safety Data Sheets*
are also available upon request.
*MSDS for International Shipping purposes may be requested
only for items that have been produced by BC Fragrance.

Our team of artisans' expertise is in making Pure Soy and
Soy/Palm Blend Candles. However, if there are other waxes
you'd like to explore like Coco, Beeswax, or Paraffin,
just let us know and we'll work on them for you.

Q: how long does the process take?
As long as all materials are available and scents chosen are
those already on the lists in this catalog, we can have a mockup
product ready for your approval in 10 to 14 working days +
shipping. Mockups are freshly made upon request, usually at 10%
Fragrance Concentration in your choice of wax, vessel and
chosen wick.
If there are custom items in your requirements:
Labels & Dustcovers - 3 to 5 working days upon approval of
artwork
Scents - Can range from 2 weeks to 6 months or longer,
depending on the complexity of the scent, availability of
materials and your feedback on the scents
Q: are there product development fees?
Product development fee is Php1,499.

Q: is there a minimum order quantity?
Our usual minimum quantities are:

Q: what is your production capacity?
We can melt & pour 450pcs daily.
However, it takes more than just melting wax, pouring them into
jars and letting them dry to make candles.
Each jar is cleaned, each candle poured carefully, and tops
smoothened, labels and dustcovers put in place, and packed in
boxes.
Q: there are vessels / scents / other materials i want
for my project that are not here in this catalog.
can you source those for me?
Sure, of course! Just send us photos for reference.

Q: do you make the designs for labels & dustcovers?
We do not have an in-house designer but we have worked with
several graphic designers who we can refer to you. You can also
provide your own designs.
Q: i want a special engraving on the lid / jar.
is this possible?
Yes, of course! Pricing usually depends on the complexity of your
design. We can request for a quote from our partner engravers.
Q: i want to provide some materials for the project.
is that okay?
Of course! This is your product, after all!
You may provide your own vessel / jars, labels, lids, dust covers
and other materials provided the fragrances, essential oils, and
scent blends will come from BC Fragrance.
Please note that all client-supplied materials are deemed ready
to use for production with no further inspection, cleaning, and
