L9 – L20
A1: Delta pressure (∆P). (this pump is not on L9/L11)
See the instructions for setting the AUX pump.
A2: Locking screw, delta pressure adjustment.
B1: Pump pressure (200 bar). (this pump is not on L9/L11)
See the instructions for setting the AUX pump.
B2: Locking screw, pump pressure adjustment.
C: Parking brake pressure (100 bar).
D: Adjustment of charge pressure for brakes (130–160 bar).
E: Delta pressure (∆P).
The delta pressure is the difference between the pump pressure at test point 7 and
test point 8 unloaded.
The delta pressure is adjusted using set screw E. Read off the pump pressure at
point 7; the pressure should be approx.: 38 bar. The LS pressure at point 8 should
be approx.: 8 bar. The difference between these two pressures is 38-8 = delta
pressure (∆P) of 30 bar. This value should be the target value.
F: Max pressure (see data sheet for each machine model)
The adjustment is performed on set screw F and the pressure read off at test point
7.
Do as follows: Run the machine’s switch function towards you, keep the lever at
the end position and adjust the pressure to the correct value.

1: Load signal (LS).
Delta P, (Pump pressure minus 20 bars, (L13-L20) measured between test point 1 and 2).
Stand-by pressure = 20 bars.
2: Pump pressure (Aux pump), 200 bar (L13-L20).
3: Accumulator pressure, accumulator 1 (130 – 160 bar).
4: Pressure parking brake, 100 bar.
5: Accumulator pressure, accumulator 2 (130 – 160 bar).
6: Common charge pressure over brake accumulators.
7: Pump pressure, main pump (see table).
8: LS-pressure, steering pressure and auxiliary functions.
9: Servo pressure 28 – 30 bar.
