Beaconhouse School System
Margalla Campus Boys Branch
Esteemed Students and Respected Parents,
As we embark upon a new academic term at Beaconhouse Margalla Boys Branch (BMIB), it is with great honour
and fervour that we extend a heartfelt welcome to each member of our distinguished school community. We
trust that the summer break has provided a time of rest, reflection and rejuvenation, allowing you all to return
with renewed vigour and anticipation for the opportunities that lie ahead.
Dear students, we welcome you to your academic journey, one that promises to be both intellectually
stimulating and personally enriching. This term is a canvas upon which you can paint your aspirations, challenge
your intellectual boundaries and strive for excellence in every endeavour. We urge you to engage deeply with
your studies, harness your curiosity and approach each task with an unwavering dedication. Remember that
education is not merely the accumulation of knowledge but the cultivation of wisdom, critical thought and
ethical values. Your resilience, perseverance and commitment will be the keys to unlocking your potential.
With immense pleasure we want to announce that BMIB consistently upholds the high standard of its students,
with our learners achieving a GPA of 4.0 and above in the O-Level examinations across both GCE and IGCSE
streams.
Our school’s prime objective is to create an optimal environment that fosters both learning and the development
of students' talents. In this increasingly digitalised world AI-powered tools are effective means to introduce
students to cutting-edge technology, thus preparing them better for their future careers. The BYOAD program
at BMIB for Grades VI and VII has been initiated to enhance learning by effectively utilizing digital tools. The E-
Super Project stands as a defining feature of BMIB, offering students the opportunity to develop their knowledge
and abilities by undertaking real-world, stimulating and intricate questions or challenges. In addition, BISC offers
students a platform to demonstrate their entrepreneurial talents and innovative concepts, encouraging a culture
of creativity and problem-solving.
Moreover, in order to ensure an emotionally and physically secure environment for our students, the Child
Protection Committee (CPC) and the Discipline Committee, consisting of dedicated and skilled teachers, works
effectively to address and resolve issues which might emerge among students within the school premises.
This academic term will witness new initiatives, including the launch of the ‘One Tree One Student’ project. In
collaboration with the Government Forest Department, Beaconhouse students will plant 1,000 saplings
provided by the department.
Another notable aspect of the term will be the collaboration between Beaconhouse and the Ministry of Federal
Education and Professional Training to establish Character Building Societies within the school. These societies
will be part of the NAB team for organizing awareness initiatives, with student members receiving certificates
of appreciation and cash prizes for their contributions.
Effective routines and rules support a positive learning environment by minimizing disruptions, encouraging
responsibility and ensuring that all students have equal opportunities to succeed. They also aid in the
development of self-discipline and respect, which are relatively significant for academic and personal growth of
our students. We look forward to the usual parental cooperation in order to ensure the effective implementation
of the following school rules and policies:
• Students are required to arrive at school on time i.e., 7:50 am
• They should be picked up from school on time i.e., 1:50 pm for Grades (VI, VII and VIII) 2:00 pm for
