WILL OF NARAYANA UMMANOLLA

I, Nayarana Ummanolla Son of Late Shri Hanumaiah Ummanolla, aged about 70 Years, Occupation: Business, Resident of Flat No 301 at Plot No
747, Jaya Residency, Jayabheri Park, Kompally, Qutubullapur, Medchal-malkajgiri, Telangana 500014. Aadhar No. 9740 7909 8919. Cell No.
9966000804. (hereinafter called the Testator), declare this Will to be my last will and testament and I do hereby revoke all my earlier Wills, Codicils and
testamentary dispositions. At the time of execution of this Will I am in good health, and possess a sound mind and do understand the consequences of the
same. There has been no force or undue influence upon me from any quarter and this declaration represents my true and correct intention with respect to
my property.

Whereas I am the sole lawful owner, lessee, allottee and in peaceful possession of considerable property movable as well as immovable and the same are
described and listed below:

Property 1: Flat No 301 at Plot No 747, Elegance Jaya Residency, Jayabheri Park, Kompally, Qutubullapur, Medchal-malkajgiri, Telangana 500014
allotted by the HUDA with Permit No. 5944/MP2/HUDA/96 having covered area admeasuring 1330 sq.fts. and UDS of land 62.638 Sq.yards approximate
on Third floor comprising of 3 BHK apartment with Parking space as per already allotted number in the parking lot on the ground floor and one balcony
duly fitted with sanitary fittings, HUDA (Hyderabad Urban Development Authority) with freehold rights of the land under the said flat/property.

Property 2: Flat No 302 at Plot No 747, Elegance Jaya Residency, Jayabheri Park, Kompally, Qutubullapur, Medchal-malkajgiri, Telangana 500014
allotted by the HUDA with Permit No. 5944/MP2/HUDA/96 having covered area admeasuring 1330 sq.fts. and UDS of land 62.638 Sq.yards approximate
on Third floor comprising of 3 BHK apartment with Parking space as per already allotted number in the parking lot on the ground floor and one balcony

Property 8: Farm/Agricultural land at

Survey No 339/, under gram panchayat Thogarpally village, Kondapur Mandal, Dist. Sangareddy having total admeasuring

Property 9: Housing land on Survey No 368, 369, under gram panchayat Thogarpally village, Kondapur Mandal, Dist. Sangareddy having total
admeasuring 34 Gts.

Property 10: Industrial Property at Plot No 89 and 90, Phase V, IDA Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, 500055 allotted by the APIIC (now
Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd) having total area admeasuring 2188.68 sqm or 2617.66 sq.yards . approximate comprising of
Covered sheds and also open area in the industrial facility allotted by the APIIC (now Telangana state Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd) with
leasehold rights of the land under the said property.

Property 11: 60% (Sixty percent) of share in the Technocore Precast Plant & Machinery Services in the premises at Plot No 89 and 90, Phase 5 IDA
Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, 500055.

That at the time of writing of this Will I am survived with the following family members:

1. Smt NandaBala Ummanolla -Wife.

2. Shri Kalyan Raj Ummanolla - First son.
3. Smt Lakshmi Kalyan Ummanolla - Daughter in law & my first son’s wife.
4. Sri Navya Sree Ummanolla – Granddaughter & my first son`s child.
5. Shri Vinay Raj Ummanolla - Second son.
6. Shri Dinesh Raj Ummanolla -Third son.
7. Smt Sheema Ummanolla - Daughter in law & my third son’s wife
8. Master Vihaan Ummanolla & Riaan Ummanolla. - Grandsons & my third son’s children.

I, therefore, wish and declare that my aforesaid property may be distributed amongst the persons I have mentioned above as per the following description:

1. Equal inheritance of properties mentioned at Property 2, Property 3, Property 4, Property 5, Property 6, Property 7 and Property 8 to my three sons
Shri Kalyan Raj Ummanolla, Shri Vinay Raj Ummanolla and Shri Dinesh Raj Ummanolla, where each of three sons will receive the same
share or amount of properties mentioned at Property 2, Property 3, Property 4, Property 5, Property 6, Property 7 and Property 8.
2. Equal inheritance of properties mentioned at Property 9, Property 10 and Property 11 to my two sons, Shri Vinay Raj Ummanolla and Shri
Dinesh Raj Ummanolla, mentioned below, where each of the two sons will receive the same share or amount of properties mentioned at Property 9,
Property 10 and Property 11.

3. Complete inheritance of property mentioned at Property 1 to Shri Dinesh Raj Ummanolla on the conditions that Smt Nandabala
Ummanolla is entitled to stay in the property during her life and that the transfer of ownership from Testator name will not be permitted during the time
Smt Nandabala Ummanolla resides at this property.

The testator declares that is his Last WILL in respect of the said flat/property and the land beneath and has been executed by his own free will. Without
any force, compulsion, coercion, fraud, undue influence of allurement from anyone whatsoever. While in possession of sound health and a disposing
mind.

In witness whereof I, the testator has executed this Will on the day, month and year above first mentioned, in presence of the following witnesses who
have attested this will in the presence of the testator.
