LEGAL NOTICE FOR MISLEADING, CONTRARY, WRONG ACCUSATIONS AND
DEFAMATION.
Madam,
The undersigned have been instructed by Safdar Hussain Tahir S/o Muhammad Yaqoob.
Resident of House No. 233-C, Officers Colony No. 2, Faisalabad, and Contact Details as

(hereinafter referred to Our Client) to serve upon you this legal notice, as follows

That our client is a respectful and law abiding citizen of Pakistan, having clear
image in the eyes of the public as well as a good reputation in the society That on
22nd FEB 2024,write a letter to,
1- Hon’ble Chancellor, Government College University Faisalabad, Governor’s
Secretariat Punjab.
2-Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore.
That, our client has irregular/unlawful PHD degree and also our client has
submitted fake experience letters when applying in various universities in order to
complete his postgraduate experience for position of professor .Which is totally
misleading, contrary and wrong accusations which is a shameful act on your part
as well as condemnable.

These allegations are entirely false and without any merit. Your actions have
caused significant harm to our client’s reputation and have resulted in emotional
distress, damages and professional standing.
That your defamatory statement against our client is only because in merit list you
fall behind our client as our client has higher education and experience. That you
have damaged the character of our client by defaming him in the eyes of the public
and alleging false accusations against him, even without confirming the
authenticity.

We demand that you immediately cease and desist from making any further
defamatory statements against our client. Furthermore, I require that you issue a
formal written apology to our client within 14 days after receipt of this notice,
acknowledging the false nature of your statements and expressing regret for the
harm caused.

Defamation, misstatement, misguidance and concealment of facts is altogether


illegal fraudulent and malicious and has caused serious damage not only monetary
but the mental health of Our Client. Which although cannot be measured exactly in
money term, however, after a careful estimation, the same is quantified as per
following:
a. Losses caused due to wrong accusations and defamation.
10,000,000 Rupees b. Mental torture, agony and disturbance
10,000,000 Rupees
c. Fee for the Professional Services of Lawyers
500,000 Rupees
Total
20,500,000 Rupees
That, in view of the above facts and circumstances, you the above name is enjoined
upon to pay the above amount of damages set Our Client within fourteen days, of
the receipt of this notice failing which my client would be at liberty to initiate
criminal and civil legal proceedings against you before the concerned courts,
Government institution of Pakistan etc/or any other forum also.

Please note that if Our Client be forced to initiate civil or criminal legal
proceedings, the costs of such proceedings and the risk as to consequences
thereof shall be entirely on your account.
THIS IS WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO ANY CLAIMS,RIGHTS AND
REMEDIES, WHICH ARE LAWFULLY AVAILABLE TO OUR CLIENT
IN A COURT OF LAW.

NOTE: A copy of this legal notice is retained in the office of the undersigned
for future course of action.
