Materials Needed Notes
50 yards of worsted weight yarn – Color A – Sole and This pattern is written in US crochet terms.
Accent This pattern is written for sizes 0-3 months (3 ¼”), 3-6

E Hook 4 Sc sts x 4 rows = 1” x 1” Dc = Double Crochet
Sc2tog = Single Crochet Two Together
BLO = Back Loop Only

Crocheting the bootie
For 0-3 month size use D Hook
For 6-9 month size use E Hook
Using Color A, Chain 11.
Round 1: Rounds 6-7:

Round 5:
Chain 1. Sc in each slip stitch from Round 4. You Round 12:

crocheting the strap
For 0-3 and 3-6 month sizes, use D Hook.
For 6-9 and 9-12 month sizes, use E Hook.
Using Color B, Chain 11.
Round 1:
Sc in the 2nd chain from hook and in next 8 chains.. 3 Sc in last chain. Working around other side of beginning chain
row, Sc 8. Make 2 sc in last chain that has the beginning turning chain and 1 sc already in it. Do not join.
Round 2:
Chain 3. Sc in next stitch. Sc 10. Chain 3. Sc in same stitch. Sc 11.
Round 3:
Sc 4 in Chain-3 loop. Sc 11. Sc 4 in Chain-3 loop. Sc 11. Sl st 1. Fasten off.
