Abstract
The Accident Management System (AMS) is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline accident
reporting, investigation, and prevention. AMS enables organizations to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory
compliance, and provide a safe working environment. Key features include:
- Centralized accident reporting and tracking
- Automated investigation and root cause analysis
- Corrective action planning and implementation
- Performance monitoring and metrics
- Integration with existing safety management systems
By leveraging AMS, organizations can reduce accident frequency and severity, improve employee safety
and well-being, and enhance reputation and credibility. This system is particularly relevant for industries
with high accident risks, such as construction, manufacturing, and transportation.
Keywords: Accident Management, Safety Management, Risk Mitigation, Regulatory Compliance,
Workplace Safety.

Introduction
In today's fast-paced and complex work environments, accidents can occur unexpectedly,
resulting in significant consequences for individuals, organizations, and communities.
Effective accident management is crucial to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance,
and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
The Accident Management System (AMS) is designed to address these challenges by
providing a comprehensive platform for accident reporting, investigation, and prevention.
This system aims to:
1. Streamline accident reporting and tracking
2. Automate investigation and root cause analysis
3. Facilitate corrective action planning and implementation
4. Monitor performance metrics and trends
5. Enhance organizational safety culture
By implementing AMS, organizations can:
1. Reduce accident frequency and severity
2. Improve employee safety and well-being
3. Ensure regulatory compliance
4. Enhance reputation and credibility
5. Optimize accident management processes
