INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon flat leaf Italian parsley
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon marjoram
1 tablespoon sage

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Lay out the herbs on a baking sheet lined
with parchment paper and let them dry
up.

2.
When the herbs have completely dried
up, put them all in a grinder or food
processor and crush them up.

3.
Store the seasoning in an air-tight
container. You can add just a small pinch
of salt to this if you wish.

NOTE:
You can alter the quantity of any of the
herbs as per your preference of flavor.
To use: Sprinkle on chicken or pork
before serving. If mixed with olive oil, it
can be used as a great dip for crusty
bread.
2) Barbeque
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 1 cup

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
1 tablespoon dried chives
2 teaspoons ground cumin

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Grind up the dried chives into a coarse
powder like consistency. Also grind up
both the sugars to the same consistency.

2.
Combine all the powders in a medium
sized air-tight container and shake it to
mix everything well.

NOTE:
To use: Dry your meat and rub the
seasoning all over it generally. This
sweet and spicy seasoning goes well
with all kinds of barbeque meat.
3) Ranch Style
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 1 cup

INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried chives
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup dry buttermilk

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Grind the dried chives into a coarse
powder like consistency. Also crush the
parsley, onion flakes and dill weed to
the same consistency.

2.
Combine all the powders in an air-tight
container and shake it to mix everything
well. This seasoning can be stored for
up to 3 months in an air-tight container.

NOTE:
You can even make ranch dressing by
combining 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup
milk and 1 tablespoon of this ranch
seasoning. Try substituting Greek Yogurt
for the mayonnaise for a healthier
version of ranch dressing!
To use: Sprinkle some of this seasoning
on roasted vegetables and experience the
flavor! Otherwise too, it goes well with
all kinds of food.
4) Cajun
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ready In: 5 minutes
Makes: approx. 1/2 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black
pepper
2 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Coarsely pulse all the ingredients in a
food processor until they form a coarse
or smooth powder as per your
preference.

2.
Store the seasoning in an air-tight
container for up to 1 month.
NOTE:
To use: Sprinkle some of this seasoning
on chicken, shrimp or roasted potatoes.
5) Flour Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 1 1/2 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon mustard powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Grind the dried herbs and paprika in a
grinder or food processor. In a large
bowl sift the flour, salt, celery salt,
black pepper and mustard powder.

2.
Now add the crushed herbs and paprika
to this bowl. Also add the garlic powder
and ground ginger.
3.
Mix everything well and store the
seasoning in an air-tight container. This
seasoning can last for years.

NOTE:
To use: Coat your chicken with this
seasoning and bake it as per your
preference. For a crusty chicken,
combine some of this seasoning with
bread crumbs and coat your chicken with
the mixture before baking.
6) Lavender &
Salt Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 1 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
1/2 cup flaked sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/4 teaspoon dried ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried coriander
1/4 teaspoon dried cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Coarsely grind the dried lavender
flowers, fennel seeds, coriander,
cayenne pepper and ginger. You could
use a grinder, food processor or mortar
and pestle for this.

2.
Combine the above ground ingredients
with the sea salt and garlic powder and
store the seasoning in an air-tight
container.
NOTE:
To make this seasoning last longer and
retain its flavor, keep the container away
from direct sunlight. This seasoning can
be a little sweet for some dishes but
mostly it gives a nice flavor to food.
To use: Sprinkle a little of this seasoning
on your pasta, bread, roasted chicken,
roasted vegetable and even in soups.
7) Jamaican
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 1/2 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly
ground
1 tablespoon kosher salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Crush the dried chives, thyme and red
pepper flakes using a grinder or food
processor.
2.
Mix these with the other already ground
ingredients and combine nicely. Store
the seasoning in an air-tight container.

NOTE:
This seasoning gives a really nice
Caribbean flavor to your food. Goes
well with Jerk!
8) Southwestern
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 5 minutes
Makes: approx. 1 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 teaspoons chilli powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Put all the ingredients in an air-tight
container and shake it to mix everything
well.

NOTE:
This seasoning goes well with pork,
poultry and steak.
To use: Rub this seasoning liberally on
the meat of your preference and then
grill the meat.
9) Montreal
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 5 minutes
Makes: approx. 2/3 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 tablespoons dill-weed
1 tablespoon ground coriander seeds
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 tablespoons dried minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons coarse-ground black
pepper
2 tablespoons coarse salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Grind up the dried minced onion and
garlic using a mortar or pestle. Also
grind the cayenne pepper, paprika and
dill-weed.

2.
Combine the crushed ingredients with
the coriander, black pepper and salt.
Store the seasoning in an air-tight
container.

NOTE:
To use: Brush the meat with a little oil
and then rub this seasoning on it. Let the
meat rest for a few hours before
cooking.
You could even mix this seasoning in
ground beef and then make tasteful
hamburger patties with the mixture.
10) Indian Garam
Masala Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 – 3 minutes
Ready In: 15 minutes
Makes: approx. 1/4 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cardamom
1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Place a dry pan on medium heat and
roast the cloves, cinnamon and cumin till
you can smell the aroma of the spices.

2.
Now place all the roasted spices in a
grinder or food processor and pulse till
they are coarsely ground.

3.
Mix in the other ingredients and store the
garam masala in an air-tight container.

NOTE:
This seasoning gives a nice rich flavor
to anything that you cook.
To use: Sprinkle a little while your food
is still cooking. For example, sprinkle it
when the onions or other veggies are
being sautéed.
11) Taco Seasoning
Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ready In: 5 minutes
Makes: 2 tablespoons

INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons hot chilli powder
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black
pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Place all the ingredients in an air-tight
container and shake it to mix everything
well.

NOTE:
You can omit the salt in this seasoning if
you prefer.
To use: Sprinkle a little while your food
is still cooking. For example, add it
while the meat is still browning.
12) Pepper &
Lemon Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 – 3 minutes
Ready In: 15 minutes
Makes: approx. 2/3 cup

INGREDIENTS:
6 whole peppercorns
Zest from 4-6 organic lemons
5 tablespoons sea Salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Zest the lemons and lay them out on a
baking sheet. Bake the lemons on low
until completely dried.

2.
Transfer the dried lemon zest and
peppercorns to a grinder or food
processor. Pulse until thoroughly
combined.

3.
Mix in the salt and combine using your
hands thoroughly.

NOTE:
This seasoning goes great with all meats,
specially poultry, pasta and even
seafood.
13) Chili &
Paprika Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 2/3 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup chilli powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
2 tablespoons sea salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Combine the chilli powder, paprika and
cayenne powder in a bowl.

2.
Combine the onion, garlic and cumin
powder in another bowl.

3.
Now put both the above mixtures in an
air-tight container and add the salt on the
top. Now close the lid of the container
and shake it well to mix everything.

NOTE:
To use: Use 1 tablespoon of this
seasoning for each chicken breast or
steak. Rub the seasoning on the meat and
then cook.
14) Apple Pie
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 1/3 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 tablespoon allspice
1 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon dried lemon peel
1 teaspoon nutmeg
DIRECTIONS:
1.
If using fresh ginger, dry it up and then
crush it using a mortar and pestle. Also
crush the cinnamon, nutmeg and dried
lemon peel.

2.
Place the crushed ginger, nutmeg,
cinnamon and lemon peel in an air-tight
container and put all other ingredients on
the top. Seal the container and then shake
it well to mix everything.

NOTE:
This seasoning can be used in a variety
of recipes like baked apple pies, apple
ciders, apple pie fruit drinks etc. You
could sprinkle some of it to the egg
batter while making French toast or on
roasted butternut squash.
15) Sweet
Cinnamon Sugar
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 5 minutes
Makes: approx. 1/3 cup

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup coconut sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Make sure the consistency of the coconut
sugar is finer than regular sugar but
coarser than powder. If not, grind it up
till it reaches this consistency. Also
grind the cinnamon to the same
consistency.

2.
Combine the coarsely ground cinnamon
and sugar and place the seasoning in an
air-tight container.

NOTE:
This seasoning can be sprinkled on top
of coffee, oatmeal or toasts – basically
on anything to which you want to add a
hint of flavor and sweetness!
16) Nutmeg &
Cinnamon
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 5 minutes
Makes: approx. 1/3 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup coconut sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Place the nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar in
a grinder and coarsely grind them.

2.
Transfer the seasoning to an air-tight
container and store for months.

NOTE:
This seasoning can be sprinkled on top
of coffee, oatmeal or toasts – basically
on anything to which you want to add a
hint of flavor and sweetness!
17) Fennel,
Mustard & Spices
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 – 3 minutes
Ready In: 15 minutes
Makes: 0.5 pounds

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon fennel seed, roasted
1 tablespoon mustard seeds, roasted
8 tablespoons peppercorns
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons fenugreek seeds
8 tablespoons coriander seeds, roasted
8 tablespoons cumin seeds, roasted
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons whole cardamom
1 tablespoon whole cloves
2 tablespoons turmeric
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon cayenne

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Place a dry skillet over low heat and
add all the non-roasted ingredients to it.
Once they are a little hot, add the roasted
ones too and shake the skillet to spread
the heat evenly.

2.
Remove the skillet from the heat after 2
– 3 minutes and allow everything to cool
slightly.

3.
Next, transfer everything to a grinder,
grind into a coarse powder and then
store the seasoning in an air-tight
container.
18) Pumpkin Pie
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 2 minutes
Makes: 2 tablespoons

INGREDIENTS:
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons ginger
1 teaspoon cloves
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Put all the ingredients in a food
processor and grind into a fine powder
and then store the seasoning in an air-
tight container.

NOTE:
This seasoning can be used in a variety
of recipes like pumpkin walnut bread,
pumpkin spice bagels, pumpkin eggnog
and many more.
19) Simple
Sausage Seasoning
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 2 minutes
Makes: 3 – 4 cups

INGREDIENTS:
4 tablespoons sage
1 cup pepper, plus 2 tablespoons extra
8 tablespoons nutmeg
8 tablespoons sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Dry up the sage leaves and grind them
using mortar and pestle. Also grind up
the nutmeg.

2.
Put both the above ingredients in an air-
tight container and add the salt and
pepper on top. Seal the container and
shake it well to mix everything.

NOTE:
To use: Mix 1-1/3 tablespoon of this
seasoning to 1 pound ground beef and
then cook the beef.
20) Ginger Garlic
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 2 minutes
Makes: 3 – 4 cups

INGREDIENTS:
4 teaspoons ground garlic
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground chilli
1 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Put everything in an air-tight container
and seal the container. Shake it well to
mix everything nicely.

NOTE:
To use: Place the seasoning in a bowl.
One by one place pieces of meat in the
seasoning and roll them to cover them
with the seasoning nicely. Then cook as
per your preference.
21) Thyme,
Rosemary &
Nutmeg Seasoning
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 – 3 minutes
Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 2 tablespoons

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
2 3/4 teaspoons rosemary
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Dry up the rosemary, thyme and basil by
placing them on a baking sheet and
baking on the lowest setting until
completely dried.

2.
Crush the dried herbs using mortar and
pestle. Also crush the nutmeg and black
pepper.

3.
Put all the crushed ingredients in a glass
air-tight container and shake it well to
mix everything.

NOTE:
This seasoning adds a wonderful flavor
to poultry.
22) Oregano &
Cayenne Pepper
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 1/3 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon sea salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Grind up the dried oregano, thyme and
cayenne pepper using mortar and pestle
or a grinder.

2.
Combine the crushed ingredients and all
the other ones in an air-tight container.
Seal the container and shake it well to
mix everything.

NOTE:
This seasoning goes well with a variety
of foods like seafood, poultry and other
meats. It also acts as a great taste
enhancer for roasted vegetables.
23) Cacao Nib
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 1 cup

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
2 teaspoons chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon medium hot chilli powder
1 teaspoon freeze-dried shallots
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoons kosher salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Crush the freeze dried shallots in a
grinder. In the same grinder add the
chilli flakes, coca nibs and brown sugar
and coarsely grind everything.

2.
Now transfer the ground mixture to an
air-tight container and also add the other
ingredients. Seal the container and shake
it well to mix everything.

NOTE:
To use: Take out some of the seasoning
in a large bowl and piece by piece roll
the meat in it. For best results, let the
meat sit for at least an hour with this
seasoning before cooking.
24) Mixed Spices
Seasoning

Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 3 cups

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup garam masala
1 cup full-sharp paprika
1 cup half-sharp paprika
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon hot curry powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground anise seed
1 tablespoon onion powder
Garlic powder as per taste
Salt as per taste

DIRECTIONS:
1.
In a bowl combine the ground ginger,
cumin, cardamom, garlic powder and
cinnamon.

2.
Grind both the paprika using mortar and
pestle and transfer them to a bowl. Add
the allspice, curry powder, anise seed
onion powder and salt.

3.
Put both the mixtures in an air-tight
container and shake it well to mix
everything.
25) Garlic & Salt
Seasoning

Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 3/4 cup

INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon dried cumin
1/2 cup chilli powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Grind the dried cumin and oregano in a
grinder and then transfer them to an air-
tight container.

2.
Add the remaining ingredients to the
container, seal it and shake it to mix
everything well.
26) Parsley &
Onion Powder
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 1/3 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon beef-flavored bouillon
granules
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Put the dried parsley, oregano, beef
bouillon granules in a grinder and
coarsely grind them. Transfer this
mixture to an air-tight container.

2.
Now add the rest of the ingredients to
the container too. Seal the container and
shake it well to mix everything.

NOTE:
This seasoning adds a nice Greek flavor
to any food. If you combine the
seasoning with some olive oil and lemon
juice, you’ll have a rich marinade!
27) Basic Fajita
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ready In: 5 minutes
Makes: 10 teaspoons

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 teaspoon crushed chicken bouillon
cube
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Place all ingredients in an air-tight glass
container, seal the container and shake it
to mix everything well.

NOTE:
Use 1 tablespoon of this seasoning per
pound of chicken.
28) Celery, Pepper
& Paprika
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 10 minutes
Makes: approx. 1/4 cup

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1-1/4 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried lemon peel
1 teaspoon celery seed
1-1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1-1/2 teaspoons white pepper
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Crush the dried thyme, oregano, paprika,
lemon peel and celery seed in a food
processor. Transfer this mixture to an
air-tight container.

2.
Now add all the other ingredients to the
container, seal it and shake it to mix
everything well. This seasoning lasts for
up to 6 months if stored away from
direct sunlight.

NOTE:
This seasoning can be used with poultry,
seafood and different types of meat.
29) Peppercorns &
Cloves Seasoning
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 5 minutes
Makes: approx. 1/8 cup

INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons ground cloves
1 1/2 tablespoons ground black
peppercorns
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons freshly grated nutmeg
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Combine everything in an air-tight
container, seal the container and shake it
to mix everything well. Store the
container away from direct sunlight.

NOTE:
Use this seasoning with soups, stews and
vegetables.
30) Salt & Spice
Seasoning
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 2 minutes
Makes: approx. 1/8 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
6 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 1/4 teaspoons paprika
1/8 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Dry the dill and marjoram and then grind
both of them with the dried thyme and
paprika.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

2.
Add all the remaining ingredients in the
bowl and mix thoroughly. Transfer the
seasoning to an air-tight container and
store away from direct sunlight.
31) Ginger & All
Spice Seasoning
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: none
Ready In: 2 minutes
Makes: approx. 1/8 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup ginger
1 tablespoon allspice
1 tablespoon aniseed
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1-1/2 teaspoons cloves
DIRECTIONS:
1.
If you are using fresh ginger, dry it first.
Next grind the dried ginger, aniseed,
cinnamon and cloves. Transfer the
mixture to an air-tight container.

2.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the
container, seal the container and shake it
well to mix everything thoroughly.
