1. Participation:
o Groups: Each patrol/team must consist of at least 20 members but not
more than 30.
o Entries: Each team must perform one song, one yell, and one skit as
part of the competition.
o Submission: Teams must submit the titles or themes of their
performances at least a day before the competition.

3. Time Limit:

o Performances exceeding the time limit will be penalized with a 1-point
deduction for every 30 seconds over the limit.
4. Language:
o Performances can be in English, Filipino, or a combination of both.
o Regional dialects may also be used but should be understandable or
explained to the audience.
5. Props and Costumes:
o Teams are encouraged to use simple props and costumes to enhance
their performances.
o Props and costumes must be safe, environmentally friendly (no single-use
plastics), and easy to transport.
o Teams are responsible for cleaning up after their performance; failure to
do so may result in a 1-point deduction.
6. Conduct:
o Performances must reflect the Scout Law and Scout Oath. Offensive
language, inappropriate gestures, or actions that violate Scouting values
are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
7. Judging:
o A panel of at least 3 judges, preferably with expertise in performing arts
or Scouting, will score the teams.
o The decision of the judges is final and will be based on the criteria
provided.
8. Awards:
