2 tbsps white sugar

1 1/3 C. milk

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsps butter, melted

1 C. all-purpose flour

Directions

1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and beat till well combined and
smooth.

2. Lightly, grease a crepe pan and heat on medium heat.

3. Place about 3 tbsps of mixture and tilt the pan to spread it evenly.

4. Cook for about 1-2 mins per side.

5. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

6. Serve hot.

1 C. frozen blackberries

1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg

Directions

1. In a pan, melt the butter on medium heat.

2. Add the ginger, maple syrup and spices and stir to combine.

3. Stir in the peach slices and cook, stirring occasionally for about 20
mins.

4. Gently, stir in the blackberries and cook for about 5 mins.

1 C. blanched slivered almonds

2 tbsps water

1 C. butter
2 C. milk chocolate chips

1 1/4 C. white sugar

2 tbsps light corn syrup

Directions

1. Set your oven to 375 degrees before doing anything else.

2. Get a baking sheet and place your almonds on it.

3. Place everything in the oven for 7 mins.

4. Get a jelly roll pan and cover it with some foil.

5. Now combine the following in a big pot: water, butter, corn syrup, and
sugar.

6. Get everything boiling and stir the mix as it heats.

7. Once everything is boiling, stop stirring and let it get somewhat hard
then add in the almonds and stir them in.

8. Now pour everything into the jellyroll pan evenly then spread out the
candy.

9. Top everything with the chocolate chips then let everything sit for 10
mins.

10. Coat everything with the chocolate then let it cool.

11. Now place everything in the fridge for 65 mins.

12. Divide the candy into pieces.

13. Enjoy.

1/3 C. confectioners' sugar

2 tbsps chopped blanched almonds

Directions

1. Get a few baking sheets and place some parchment paper on each one.

2. Add your almond paste to a food processor and soften it.

3. Get a bowl, combine: sugar and almond paste.

4. Now separate the egg yolks and the egg whites. Combine in the salt,
flour, and confectioners.

5. Press the dough through a cookie press and layer dollops of the mix
onto the baking sheet.

6. Place a covering over the cookies and leave them for 35 mins.

7. Now set your oven to 300 degrees before continuing and let it get hot.

8. Top your cookies with the almonds and cook them in the oven for 30
mins.

9. Now let everything cool.

3. For each one of your eggs separate the yolk from the whites.

4. Beat the whites until they thicken then add in the almonds, flour, and
sugar.

5. Combine the dry ingredients into the whites.

6. Place dollops of the sugar mix onto the baking sheet and cook the
cookies in the oven for 40 mins.

7. Enjoy.

3. Stir in the sugar and bring to a gentle simmer then cook, stirring
continuously, for about 3 mins.

4. Place the crackers into a baking sheet in a single layer and top with the
sugar syrup evenly.

5. Cook everything in the oven for about 5 mins.

6. Remove everything from the oven and immediately sprinkle with the
chocolate chips and let them melt.
7. Now, sprinkle with the walnuts and gently, press into the melted
chocolate.

8. Keep aside to cool till chocolate becomes hard.

9. Break into the desired size pieces and transfer into an airtight
container.

10. Store in the refrigerator before serving.

8. Arrange the dough pieces onto the prepared cookie sheets in a single
layer about 1-inch apart.

9. Cook everything in the oven for about 5-7 mins.

10. Remove everything from the oven and keep aside to cool completely.
