3. Continue to heat everything until the almonds are coated then place
everything onto a baking sheet that has been covered with wax paper.
4. Spread the out the almonds and let everything set at room temperature
for 20 mins.

1. Get a few baking sheets and place some parchment paper on each one.
4. Now separate the egg yolks and the egg whites. Combine in the salt,
flour, and confectioners.

onto the baking sheet.
6. Place a covering over the cookies and leave them for 35 mins.
7. Now set your oven to 300 degrees before continuing and let it get hot.

forms.
3. In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda
and salt.
4. With a pastry cutter, cut the butter into the flour mixture and mix till a
coarse crumbly mixture forms.
5. Add honey and buttermilk and mix till a stiff dough forms.
6. Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll to a 1/8-inch
thickness.
7. With a pizza cutter, cut the dough into the desired size pieces.
8. Arrange the dough pieces onto the prepared cookie sheets in a single
layer about 1-inch apart.
10. Remove everything from the oven and keep aside to cool completely.
