OPENING SPIEL
Emcee 1: In our society, the youth and barangay leaders represent the promise of a dynamic future. The
Sangguniang Kabataan, as the official youth representation, holds an important role in shaping the
aspirations of our municipality's population. Tonight, we are all here to witness a significant milestone in
the journey of our leaders as they take on the responsibility of serving their fellow residents and the
entire San Vicente, Gorong-gorong.
Emcee 2: Before us stand the young men and women who have willingly accepted the call of public
service, committing themselves to the well-being and progress of our barangay. These dedicated
individuals have demonstrated the passion, tenacity, determination, and leadership qualities necessary
to effect positive change in our community.
Emcee 1: Tonight, we embark on and witness the official oath-taking ceremony, a symbolic act that
signals the solemn commitment by our newly-elected Sangguniang Kabataan and Barangay Officials to
fulfill their duties with utmost integrity, fairness, and dedication. They are here to reverberate the voice
of the voiceless, advocating for their needs, concerns, and aspirations.

I. Doxology
Emcee 2: To start with, everyone is requested to stand for the invocation to be performed by Gorong-
Gorong Elementary grade 5 &6 Pupils.

Emcee 1: Please remain standing as we honor our country by singing the national anthem to be
conducted by Ms. Margie Romero. (You may now take your seats)
III. Welcome Address
Emcee 2: Once again we are gathered here to witness the official oath taking of our newly elected
Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Officials. It is a momentous occasion as they pledge their
commitment to serve our barangay. Let us all lend our ears to our newly elected SK Chairman to deliver
his words of welcome, may I call on Hon. JoJo Deleon Lumbre

Emcee 1: Thank you, Hon. Jojo Deleon Lumbre. Your inspiring words set the tone for this special event.
Now, let us proceed with the oath-taking of the Sangguniang Kabataan Officials. I would like to invite our
Sangguniang Kabataan Officials to come forward and stand before our Municipal Mayor Hon. Atty
Fernando D. Simbulan.

Emcee 1: Congratulations to our newly elected Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Officials! May you
fullfil your duties and responsibilities with utmost dedication and integrity. At this juncture, to extend a
warm welcome to our honorable municipal mayor, as he delivers his inspiring message on this
momentous occasion of the induction ceremony. Let's give him a round of applause. Municipal mayor

Juanillas Beredico. May we requested Hon. MIGUEL LUIS "MIGZ" R. VILLAFUERTE our Congressman, 5th
district, Camarines Sur for the induction of our Punong Barangay.
