Any personnel who is dismissed from the PNP pursuant to
different ways mentioned shall be retired if he or she has
rendered at least twenty (20) yeas of service and separated
if he or she has rendered less than twenty (20) years of
service, unless the personnel is disqualified by law to
receive such benefits.
