MOTION FOR ISSUANCE OF WRIT OF EXECUTION

COMES NOW, the prosecution, and unto this Honorable Court,


most respectfully avers:

1. That a Decision has been rendered by this Honorable Court dated


May 17, 2024, ordering the accused to pay the amount of
Php9,000.00 as actual damages and Php30,000.00 for moral
damages.

2. That the said Decision of the Honorable Court is already final and
executory for failure of either parties to file an appeal before the
Regional Trial Court;

3. As the Decision of this Honorable Court is already final and


executory, it is now proper and imperative that a Writ of
Execution be issued to implement the Decision of the Honorable
Court dated May 17, 2024.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed to


the Honorable Court that a Writ of Execution be issued to implement the
subject Decision as far as its civil aspect is concerned based on the
above reasons.

Other relief and remedies are likewise prayed for.
