 Responsible for planning and execution of PM plans of 94 compressed
natural gas (CNG) stations including reciprocating gas compressors,
natural gas engines and attached utilities (air compressor, water
pumps, heat exchangers)
 Lead and provide training and support for a team of 4 engineers and 26
technicians and utilizing other resources to ensure maximum workflow
efficiency and output results quality.
 Continuously tracking stations’ KPIs including (MTTR, MMBF, PM
compliance, maintenance cost per gas sales) and taking actions to
improve them.
 Managing monthly maintenance budget of 60K EGP to cover modification
trials, urgent repair procedures and special tools.
 Supervise the condition monitoring program and periodically analyze the
data and insert new parameters in the SCADA system to improve live
monitoring.
 Participate in SAP establishment program by providing all necessary
data for all maintenance related modules.
 Selecting the suitable compressor for new stations and supervise the
installation and commissioning of fully operating CNG units.

consumption and criticality to improve inventory costs.
