WRITING TASK 1 ; As part of a class assignment you have to write about the following topic.
You should spend no more than 20 minutes on this task. Some governments say how many children a family can hare in their country. They may
control the number of children someone has through taxes.
You borrowed some books from your school or college library. Unfortunately you have to
go away to visit a sick relative and cannot return the books in time. It is sometimes necessary and right for a government to control the population in this way.
