EVENT SUPPLIER SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Event Supplier Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of January
____ 2025, between JVR EVENTS. with its principal place of business at 1-S
VALDEZ BATAC ILOCOS NORTE, represented by JEORGE V. RONDUEN JR.
("Service Provider"), and VANESSA CORTEZ, residing at ____________________
____________________ ("Client").
1. Services and Scope of Work
1.1. Description of Services:
Service Provider agrees to provide comprehensive wedding suppliers to the
Client for their wedding event. This includes, but is not limited to:
1) VENUE STYLING
2 Candle Holder with Flower Arrangement
1 Aile Set Up
1 Bridal Bouquet (Imported Flowers
1 Moh Mini Bouquet
3 Secondary Sponsors Mini Bouquet
2 Mothers Mini Bouquet
1 Groom's Boutonniere
1 Best Man Boutonniere
3 Secondary Sponsor Boutonniere
2 Father Boutonniere
3 Flower Basket & Crown
40 Principal Sponsors Corsages
1 Stage Decoration
(Silk Flowers)
1 Ceiling Works
1 Couple Chair
2` Long Table Scapes (20's)
10 Round Tables Centerpiece
1 Tunnel Entrance Decoration
1 Accessories According to Theme
1 Creative Theme Styling
1.2. Date and Location:
The services will be provided for the wedding event scheduled on
__________________, at TWINS GARDEN, San Nicolas Ilocos Norte as
their Reception Venue and St. Augustine Parish Church as their Ceremony
Venue at 2PM
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1. Pricing:
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the total amount of Seventy
Thousand pesos Only (₱70,000.00) The pricing breakdown is as follows:
1) Venue Styling 70,000.00
2.2. Payment Schedule:
The Client agrees to make the make the full payments to the Service Provider
to order to avail the 10% discount on the total amount.
BLOCKING FEE 20,0000.00
DOWN PAYMENT 15,000.00 upon signing of contract
3rd payment 15,000.00 7 days before the event
Final Payment 20,000.00 on or the event day.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Client Cancellation:
If the Client or move the event date, all purchases already made at the time of
cancellation, must be deducted to the refund of the client or the client may
move the date of the event.
3.2. Service Provider Cancellation:
If the Service Provider is unable to provide the services due to unforeseen
circumstances, the Service Provider will provide a full refund to the Client.
3.3 Blocking fee is strictly Non-refundable.
4. Responsibilities
4.1. Service Provider's Responsibilities:
The Service Provider agrees to provide the services outlined in Section 1.1 in
a professional and timely manner and to act in the best interests of the Client.
4.2. Client's Responsibilities:
The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and approvals to
enable the Service Provider to fulfill their responsibilities.
5. Liabilities and Indemnities
5.1. Limitation of Liability:
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising
from the services provided, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross
negligence.
5.2. Indemnity:
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless from
any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Client's actions or omissions.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Ownership:
Any intellectual property rights related to the planning and coordination
services provided, including event designs and concepts developed, shall
belong to the Service Provider.
6.2. Usage Rights:
The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the event plans and
designs for the intended wedding event only.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. Confidential Information:
Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or confidential information
obtained during the course of the agreement confidential and not to disclose it
to any third parties.
8. Governing Law and Dispute
Resolution
8.1. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of Philippines.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and
supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
9.2. Amendments:
This Agreement may be amended or modified only in writing and signed by
both parties.
