Subject: SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS FOR SCREENING &
ACCREDITATION IN PREPARATION FOR THE UPCOMING
PROVINCIAL MEET
Date: January 30, 2025
1. In line with the preparation for the Provincial Meet 2025, all participating
schools and personnel are hereby directed to submit the necessary documents
to facilitate proper screening and accreditation of district winners and to ensure
compliance with the event’s requirements.
2. The purpose of this are as follows:
a. To ensure that all athletes, coaches, and delegates meet the eligibility and
participation for the Provincial Meet.
b. To organize and verify the accuracy and completeness of all submitted
documents.
c. To uphold transparency, accountability, and fairness in the selection and
validation processes.
3. The submission of all required documents must be completed on or before
February 6, 2025 at Bagong Silang I High School. All submission should be
directed to Sir John Lyndon V. Jorvina for Elementary and Maam Loida E.
Carmelina for Secondary.
