I am Dr. Dilip Kamat, Director Operations at Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center, driven by a
passion for healthcare and enhancing patient outcomes. With a background in leading
Emergency Medicine departments, my journey has taught me the importance of resilience,
adaptability, and keeping patient care at the core of every decision. I stay motivated by the
positive impact we make daily, drawing strength from teamwork and collaboration. Outside
Dr. Dilip Kamat work, I enjoy time with my family, reading, and traveling. To the Emergency Medicine team,
Director- Operations thank you for your dedication—together, we can continue transforming healthcare and
Mazumdar Shaw Medical Centre setting new standards in emergency care.

As the Director of Adult Critical Care and Emergency Medicine Services, I have worked with
exceptional teams to deliver unparalleled patient care at Narayana Health. My journey from
anaesthesiologist to intensivist has been enriched by the Emergency Medicine department's
partnership. Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty's leadership has inspired my professional journey. It is a
