AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE NATIONAL LAWS, EXECUTIVE ORDERS,
NNC GOVERNING BOARD RESOLUTIONS, DEPARTMENT ORDERS AND
MEMORANDUM CIRCULARS.
WHEREAS, the BARANGAY COUNCIL of this Barangay is hereby adopting those
National Laws, Executive Orders, NNC Governing Board Resolutions, DEPED And
DOH Department Orders And DILG Memorandum Circulars that focuses on
health, nutrition, sanitation and other programs for the benefits of the
community most especially those nutritionally-at-risk groups.
WHEREAS, The National Laws, Executive Orders, NNC Governing Board
Resolutions, DEPED And DOH Department Orders and DILG Memorandum
Circulars are as follows;

WHEREAS, those Adopted National Laws, Executive Orders, NNC Governing
Board Resolutions, DEPED And DOH Department Orders and DILG Memorandum
Circulars will be serve as basis in the implementation of health and nutrition
programs, provision of related services to the nutritionally-at-risk groups of this
Barangay to ensure its prioritization, funding support and its monitoring and
evaluation.
WHEREAS, amendments on those adopted Laws, Department Orders and
Resolutions will not affect the on-going program, project and activity at the
Barangay level.
WHEREAS, the BARANGAY NUTRITION COMMITTEE will coordinate with City,
Provincial and Regional Health and Nutrition Office on its program
implementation.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. _________________, Barangay Kagawad
on Health and Nutrition.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved “ADOPTION OF THE NATIONAL LAWS,
EXECUTIVE ORDERS, NNC GOVERNING BOARD RESOLUTIONS,
DEPARTMENT ORDERS AND MEMORANDUM CIRCULARS”.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to submit copies of Barangay ordinance to the Office of
the City Health, Nutrition Officer, DILG (MLGOO), Provincial Nutrition Office,
Regional Nutrition Office (NNC RXII) and other concern government for its
reference, perusal and documentation.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution shall take effect upon its approval.
