Conclusion

Now that I've looked at all

pathway options at HCTC,
I would choose
Hospitality and Tourism
because of their culinary
arts program. The reason
for this is that I've had an
interest in cooking and by
taking this course, I could
learn much more about it
and how to safely and
quickly prepare dishes.
