1. Live Parameters
1. Select Live parameters option. In the Live parameter feature, the user would be able to
read various parameters from the ECU Real time. (Img.08)
2. Select the parameters that user need to read and click on continue button (Img.09).
3. The selected live parameters come up on a separate screen. (Img.10)

4. At the bottom right of the screen there 3 options are available:
A. Play B. Record Session C. Snapshot (Img.12)
A. Play It plays the selected live parameters real time on the screen.

B. Record session : It records the selected parameters running on the screen for different
time. Recording timer will start after selection of record button. (Img.15)
- After select stop button, recorded data will be successfully recorded into server only.

Note: If user is working in offline diagnostic, then Record data will be sent to backend once

C. Snapshot It stores the one instant real time data of selected live parameters and stores on
the server if Mobile net is active, if not it will store into mobile memory.
- To use the snapshot button first select Play and then immediately Snapshot button. (Img.17)
- Snapshot saved message will be reflect and saved into server for backend team. (Img.18)
Note: If user is working in offline diagnostic, then saved data will be sent to backend once
online login done by the user.

Templates (Group of parameter)
Template function used for store group of Parameter data in Application.
1. Select parameters for create then select Templates button(IMG A)
2. Create name for templates(IMG C).
3. After successfully creation Template name will show in next screen.(Img. D)
Note: Template to be saved on device so if same user using different device, then he/she
needs to recreate template.

2. Read, Clear DTCs & Troubleshooting
1. Select Read and Clear DTC option and it will show the all DTCs faults present in the
vehicle at any given point of time (Active and Inactive Faults). (Img.17)
2. User can clear the faults by using Clear option available on bottom. (Img.17)
3. Once the user selects Clear fault option, all faults are cleared, and the DTC list is
automatically updated again.

Note: If DTC description not found it is recommended to update DTC data in Online mode.

Troubleshooting...
1. Select the Troubleshooting button appearing with available DTCs. (Img.18)
2. After Troubleshooting selection of specific DTCs, New screen open with DTCs description,
Effect on vehicle, Possible causes & Remedial Action. (Img.19)
3. In same screen on above Left side New option available of Image . (Img.19)

Troubleshooting...
In Image option:
A. User can see the particular DTC component, Circuit diagram with colour code, Vehicle
location of component and Pin-out details of connector. (Img.20)
B. Single image can be select and zoom in zoom out for better clarity. (Img.21)

4. After selection of Start button, New Screen show the Guided diagnostic Tree (GD Tree) for
selection to start the particular DTC troubleshooting procedure. (Img.22)

Troubleshooting...
6. After visual inspections are ok then different type of electrical Tests like, Voltage Test,
Continuity test and component Test will appear. User or Technician needs to manually fill the
values coming value in every row and select Next button. (Img.25)
7. If any of the value is not match as per reference value Test will be failed with Red
(Img.26) and root cause will show in next screen. (Img.27)
8. User can perform another Test by selecting continue to Next step or Restart or quit.
Note: At any time during troubleshooting process user can see Image by selecting the Image
icon.

3. Remote Support Function.
Remote Support (RD Case management) will provide you support from uptime.
1. Select Remote(IMG.H) then next page will be open for confirmation (IMG I)
2. Select yes button then RD Case will be generated, and uptime team will connect you shortly.

4. Advance Diagnostics
1. In Advance Diagnostics, there are four option available :
A. Write Parameters
B. Test Operation
C. Flash
D. Symptoms
E. Multi Parameter

A. Write Parameters
1. In Advance diagnostics select Write parameter option (Img.28) and then select desired
parameter which is required to change. (Img.29)
2. Fill the required value of parameter and say write. (Img.30)
3. Ignition off for 60 seconds as per instruction.
4. After 60 seconds, Ignition on.
5. To verify read the parameter given on Live parameter list. Updated value will be shown
there.
Note: Vehicle with E483 Electric EGR BS4 (CV54) for writing parameters, User needs to be login
online mode only.

1. Ignition off and select start button timer will start for 0-60 seconds as per
instruction. (Img.31)
2. After 60 seconds, Ignition on and select Done button (Img.32). Write successful
message will appear. (Img.33)
3. To verify updated value, select the same parameter from Live parameter list and
read. Updated value will be shown there.

B. Flash - Automated
1. In Advance diagnostics select Flash option (Img.34) and there are two options available :
1) Automatic 2) Manual
1. Automatic Flashing: Select Automated option it will ask flashing confirmation Yes Or No
with flashing software part no. Confirm part no. and say yes.(Img.36)
Note: Automated option is only applicable for Vehicle made after April 2019. For before made vehicle user
need to select Manual option.

2. Flashing file will download first with 100% status (Img.37).
3. Once downloading will completed, Flashing will start automatically, and flashing progress percentage bar
will start within 25-30 seconds. (Img.38)
4. Complete flashing will take approximately 20-25 minutes. Wait till complete flashing is not done.
Note: Internet connection must be available till software downloading completion.
Caution:
- During flashing, Wi-fi/USB connection should not be disconnected between App and dongle.
- Do not turn off ignition key of vehicle.
- Any of the above 2 action will corrupt the ECU and then user needs to restart the process from initial.

5. Once Flashing will be completed, Flashing completed successfully message will reflect then
Say Ok (Img.40), it will return to flashing start screen.
6. For flash file part no. verification, go to live parameter list and select Software Part
No. parameter and read. It should match with the Flashing file part no.

B. Flash -Manual
2) Manual Flashing:
1. Select Manual option New screen will appear with Available Flashing file along with Engine
KW. (Img.43)
2. Select Correct Flashing file type.
Note: It is recommended to select correct flashing file type kindly refer Released Service
Bulletin for particular Model.

3. After click on Correct Flashing file type.
4. Selecting Yes it will start downloading the flash file. (44 & 45)
Note: Internet connection must be available till software downloading in online
mode flashing.

C. Test Operation
1. In Advance diagnostics select Test operation option (Img.51)
2. When click test operation complete list will open (Img. 52).
3. Select test operation which need to test.
Notes- Ensure all precondition should be ok(Img.53).

1. After precondition Select start test.
2. Once Test will be completed, Test is successfully message will reflect then Say Ok (Img.56),
it will return to Test operation start screen.
Notes;- If select Forcefully stop test operation will stop, and it will return to Test
operation List screen.

D. Multi Parameter
In Multi parameter there are two option available(Img.58)
A. Default parameter
B. Vehicle parameter
1. Select Default para meter(Img.58)
2. Select part no as per vehicle battery voltage type.(Img.59)

- Write Default parameter before Vehicle parameter.
- Multiparameter writing feature applicable for ESC or EBS vehicles only.

E. Symptom Diagnostic
1. In Advance diagnostics select symptom diagnostic option (Img.73)
2. Select symptom name which needs to check(Img.74)
3. If found any DTC on vehicle clear all DTC first(Img.75)

10. If found any parameter failed at any time it will show with failed value or
DTC active of related component. It indicates to start work on related failed
