Notes：
1.According to foundation drawings(SUQ001.00),rig well require flattening with cement foundation；
2.Set well center line as a datum, draw longitudinal and transverse center line across well center and position line for all the ground
equipment.；
3. All the spinning pins surface must spread the grease.
4. Rig installation works are alternative. After substructure bottom layer installed , solid control system, mud pump units, diesel generator
room, etc. could be installed separately according to (SUQ001.00) rig plane layout drawing.
5. Safety pin must be installed when connecting pin fixed. Spring gasket must be installed where bolt connection is single nut.
6.Pay attention to the following notes when installing solid control system：
a.After place mud tanks in position and then installing attachments, equipments and process pipeline；
b.After fix all the equipments and then connecting the pipeline；
c.Part of the pipeline cross over platform or handrail,pay attention to installation order during the installation ；
d.Connecting relevant pipeline between tanks；
e.After installation, check every process and attachments from shale shaker tank,make sure that no left and each pipeline connecting
tightness
7. Other items need attention, please refer to “ZJ50/3150DB drilling rig operation manual”.

1．Place steel wood foundation

Place 8 pcs 5000mm x3000mm x210mm steel wood and 26 pcs 4000mm x3000mm x210mm steel wood foundation according to layout

2.Installing bottom base (Left front lower base，Right front lower base )

Before install bottom base,make sure steel wood in position and fixed tightly.

After check the steel wood foundation installation, check the components quantity of bottom base,fill up or repair the components that lost

or deformation

After everything prepared,installing the bottom base according to drawing SUKR112.75.10.00 and pin diagrammatic drawing

a) Place left front lower base, right front lower base on steel wood foundation and make sure well center coincide with well center on the ground

b) Place left back lower base,right back lower base on steel wood foundation and make sure front lower base, back lower connecting pin hole

coincidence, make sure that 8 pcs single taper pin Φ140x280 can be inserted

c) Installing pulling beam1, pulling beam 2, pulling beam 3 in turn and make sure connecting pin hole of pulling beam and lower base

coincidence

d) Finally,install 2 diagonal draw bar.

（2） “L” on behalf of left side and “R” on behalf of right side on the end mark，differentiate same piece by“L1”“R1”“L2”“R2”

（3）Pin 24 single taper pinsΦ60x125 (NO.2) and 8 shear pinΦ15x75 (NO.3 safety pin included)

6.install middle level(back stand column)

Before install middle level, count components and parts of middle level and repair transmutative components

After everything prepared,install middle level according to attached drawing SUKR112.75.100.00 and pins schematic diagram and

following steps

a) Install two rear column on base and make sure the pinhole of rear column coincide with front lower base connecting pinhole, and ensure

four taper pins can go through smoothly. Then, put the other end of column on rear lower base.

b) Place two inclined column support on suitable area around pull beam, and install two rear inclined column. Put in two taper pins

Φ100x305, then put free end of rear inclined column on pull beam 2.

c) At last, install two front inclined column and put in two taper pins Φ130x420, at this point, middle-level installation finished.

where are connected front stand column and right-upper base would be installed for the time being.

9.Installation for top layer (left-upper base ,right-uppper base )

Before installation ,we should count the quantity of components and parts ,complete missing components and parts and repair
transformative components and parts.
If all preparation is ok,install top layer according to SUKR112.67.200.00 drawing and pin installation schematic and the following steps:
（1）Firstly ,put left and right upper base on bottom layer and plug in connecting pin.；
（2）Sencondly ,connect stand column upper part and top base via pins;
（3）Install set back beam,front beam,drawworks beam , RT beams ,independent drive support and hydraulic catheand support and make
sure plug in pins successfully ;

14.Rotary table independent drive and drawworks

Before installation, count all the parts, make sure all the parts are available and under good condition.
a、Rotary table drive installation procedure:
1）、Install the rotary table according to the well center position. Fix the rotary with stopper. Install the rotary table motor and gear box as
per drawing.
2）、Adjust the shims keep the gear box and rotary table alignment less than 0.5mm, the gear box and motor alignment is less than 0.15mm.
3）、Install the brake frame, adjust the brake, make sure the brake disc have same distance on each side. The distance is0.55±0.2mm。
4）、Install the blower motor to correct position.

Notice：1、Lifting the rotary have to use the specified padeye.

2、Motor and gearbox should lifting the padeye on the body, the other position is not allowed.
3、Chose different wire line according to the weight.

b、Drawwork installation procedure:
1）、Install the drawworks on the substructure according to the drum center line.
2）、Fix the drawworks skid and beam by bolts(M36x140) and torque as requirement.
3）、Install the air hose, water hose and cable as per drawing.
Notice：1、Lifting the drawworks must use the specified tools.see drawing SUKR100.10.638.00 DW lifting diagram.
2、Lifting the drawworks need to use two crane according the weight.

21. install right and left 1section

Before installing ,tidy mast main body components and parts,count interchangeable part quantity on site and tidy all components and parts
according to letter marks and supply missing parts, repair collision transformation during transportation.
After all parts being present,installation will start according to SUKR111.52.01.00 drawing and pin schematic .
When installing mast section and pull rod,connecting pin should be plugged in from top to botto.
When installing steel frame,it should make sure pin can only quit from bottom to top.
Note: 1°In order to distinguish mast main body installing direction ,mark shall be welded.Among which,A-main body,B-steel frame ,C-
diagonal rod,R-right,L-left,01-I section, 02-II section, 03-III section, 04-IV section.For example ,AL-02 is left II section of main leg .When
installing steel frame and diagonal rod, “L”、“R”mark is to distinguish left and right,and “T”、“B”mark is to distinguish top and bottom .
