THE OPERATIONAL PLANbene 3 ——
The business concept is unique, as is the fact that itis the first in the
city to make this type of product, Developing a product or service is another
method of positioning a product or service. Targeting different markets, such
as kids and adults, where chips offer greater chances for the company to
capture the market. Producing quality items can improve the image of a
company, allowing it to thrive and gain customer loyalty. Customers will
continue to purchase the Spinach Chips if the fact that they are a healthy
snack is maintained, and it can improve the image of the company because
its popularity is excellent.
The Pricing Strategy
The product's price includes the packages as well as extra costs. The
items produced are priced so that they are affordable to clients, and the
pricing will only be increased as the quantity demanded increases. As a
result, the Spinach Chips will be priced at 36.00.
Floor Plan~The Company will encourage the early adopter customers to urge
their friends, relatives, or work colleagues to try the product as well. By using
such individuals’ influence, they can bring clients to the brand who may be
hesitant to be the frst to try something new. Giving prizes stimulates word-of-
mouth ff they include discount coupons and litte presents. Building consumer
loyalty whenever they recognize an opportunity to grab a market share
before competitors and copycat do.
The Product Packaging
Because we encourage natural products, we strive for eco-friendly
packaging. As a result, the company will utiize a biodegradable kraft paper
bag with a ziplock design with a sticker of the brand logo. The ziplock serves
as a resealable container, allowing our clients to experience the wonderful
taste of chips without losing flavor due to being left exposed

The People
The Chips ‘N Chills Company valued its people because they are the
company's most valuable asset. They are responsible for turning the
company’s. plan intoreality and ensuring that the business remains
operational. A skilled and well-trained employee contributes significantly to
the achievement of business goals and objectives. Thus, the Company will
offer seminars and workshops in order to boost employee productivity by
boosting their skills and talents in making the product known to the market.
The Product
Kangkong Chips is a new product that aspires to claim a new place in
the minds of consumers by offering products that differ from those offered by
existing businesses. It is an innovative chip that uses various types of
ingredients and different methods of production than other products on the
market. While the product is new, a larger market must be focused in order
for the product to be exposed in the public.
The Brand NameChips ‘N Chills Company strives to produce the most innovative, tasty,
and unique form of chip that will capture the customer's curiosity and leave
them wondering what the taste is. Because malunggay, cassava, spinach,
and saluyot are healthy and inexpensive vegetables, the company comes up
with the idea of turning them into snacks rather than serving them as meals.
This snack is ideal for eating while watching movies, chatting with friends, or
as a merienda or midnight snack.ae il
There are also non-competing enterprises that will boost the
company's sales in general. Because our product is snacks, businesses who
make souvenirs, beverages, and delicacies can engage with us. Itis often a
good idea to work collaboratively with these complementors because there
may be a mutual benefit. It will assist the company in extending the market,
which will encourage complementors to support the company more, which
can weaken the competitors.
Competitors
The company’s competitors are KKK Original and The Better Chip.
They've been around for a while, and they also offer Kangkong Chips in the
market. However, these businesses do not exist in the company's direct
vicinity. Interacting with this organization may have undesirable
consequences. Hence, the company will simply concentrate on how we
provide better chips than the other manufacturer. However, C & C is
constantly open to new alternatives and opportunities for collaboration.
Products and Services available in the marketCustomers
The Chips ‘N Chills Company divides its customers into two
categories: major and minor, The concern that the Company may have with
major consumers is that they may expect large discounts, coupons, and
special treatment. Meanwhile, minor consumers buy less but are still
significant in the company because they can buy a lot in bulk.
Suppliers
Major suppliers are crucial for daily delivery, and a problem with them
might result in delays or product quality concems due to the large number of
purchases made by other businesses. Meanwhile, minor suppliers are good,
but the problem is that the company cannot place as many orders as
they would want because the supply is insufficient to meet the company's
manufacturing standards

ee NKREXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In General Santos City, the Chips ‘n Chill Company also known as “C
& C’is a partnership-type company that leads the food industry. Since food
is an important factor of our lifestyles, it is essential to understand and
improve how it is farmed, prepared, and transported. As a result of the
increased demand for foods, producers now provide healthier products and
more inventive flavors. To create its goods, the food manufacturer Chips ‘n
Chill mixes labor and raw resources. They buy products with the intention of
using them to make and generate new products. The business transforms
raw materials into finished goods, which it then markets to customers to
generate revenue for the business's future manufacturing.
Additionally, the company name "Chips ‘n Chill” is inspired by the
famous phrase from ‘Netflix and Chill’ as the components we utilize here are
vegetable chips as well as fruit drinks. Surely, customers will enjoy eating
‘snacks while chilling While the brand name Kangkong Chips is also a
sophisticated, obvious indication of what the product is—water spinach chips.
The ingredients that make up our product are a combination of spinach
