How to use, change or cancel your ticket?
Changing your flight dates, times, and destination can be easily done in My Trip.
When changing to a higher fare type, you may need to pay the fare difference. An
administration fee applies if you contact us via telephone to change your flight. To
cancel your ticket, request a refund of your ticket on KLM.com. Please note that if
you cancel your ticket, the entire booking will be cancelled. It is not possible to
cancel only part of your trip. Read more about changing a flight or cancelling a flight .
This fare is applicable for a ticket used fully, in sequential order for the specified
journey and on the specified dates. As outlined in the General Conditions of Carriage,
any non-compliant use noticed on the day of travel (for example, if the Passenger
does not use the first Coupon or if the Coupons are not used in the order in which
they were issued) will generate the obligation to pay an extra fixed fee at the
moment of check-in for the subsequent coupon (from 30 hours before the
departure) at the call center, at a City Ticket Office or at the airport amounting to:
EUR 150 for flights in Economy Class in Europe, EUR 300 for flights in Business
Class in Europe, EUR 500 for intercontinental flights in Economy Class or Premium
Comfort EUR 1.500 for intercontinental flights in Business Class or La Première (or
the equivalent in the local currency).

booked your ticket. Therefore, always verify the applicable Special Conditions.
