Pursuant to Regulations 29 of SEBI Listing Regulations, notice is hereby given that meeting of Board of
Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at the Registered
office of the Company inter-alia to :

i. Consider, review and approve the standalone and consolidated Audited Financial
Results/Statements of the company for quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 along
with Auditors’ Report;
ii. Consider and recommend Final Dividend for Financial Year 2024-25, if any, for the
approval of shareholders, at the ensuing Annual General meeting.

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct
for Insider Trading and with reference to our earlier intimation dated March 27, 2025, the trading
window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed upto 48 hours after
communication of the said results to the stock exchanges.
