Particularities of K-Cage
The Kumkang K-Cage usually known as Balcony Cage system is a
lightweight scaffolding system which is used walls & flat slab and System specifications
lifted by Tower Crane. It is widely used for mid-rise and high-rise
towers. Allowable load - Upto 1 ton
This system can be fixed fixed on any type of structures, heights Lifting speed - 4m /15 Min
and covers entire periphery of the building.There are multiple Lifting Method - Crane
advantages of using this system some of them are as mentioned System load - 25 to 30 Kg/m2
below :
• Unmatched safety : The system is covered with G.I. MS perforated
Safety net with 4 levels of working platforms hence provides very safe
working environment even at heights. Due to perforations in safety net,
it can facilitate good ventilation and resist wind pressure on heights at
the same time. Since having 4 working levels, no need to use safety
belts for doing additional works like grouting, finishing etc.
• Quality Construction: Due to very safe working environment even at
heights, proper quality, alignment checks can be done by execution
staffs or engineers frequently.
• Speed : All platforms can be jumped in 4 to 5 hours and external
shuttering can be started immediate next day of casting unlike in
normal brackets where it takes 2-3 days for shifting and fixing brackets
to next level. Due to additional +1 platform, rebar works can be done
simultaneously during shuttering works.
• Multipurpose : Since it provided 4 levels of working platforms , other
activities such as rebar works for above floor and grouting, hole
filling, basic painting etc for above floors can be done simultaneously.
• Easy to install : System is very easy to install. Once assembly is done
on ground, it will be lifted and installed using Tower crane. Very less
labour labour involvement required.

Level-2 : Shuttering work can be started immediately next
day of concrete
Level-3 :Grouting, grinding, hole filling can be done at this
