THIRD-PARTY AGREEMENT

Between LEONARDO ELVIS VICTOR, JOE BELLA ROTHROCK,


and MELISSA ANN GREENHILL

This Third-Party Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this

day of __________, 25 by and between the following parties:

1. Leonardo Elvis Victor, having a place of business at Tennessee


("Lawyer");

2. Joe Bella Rothrock residing at Tennessee ("The Beneficiary");

3. Melissa Ann Greenhill residing at Graceville Florida ("The Spouse").

Collectively referred to as "the Parties"

1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the understanding between
the Parties regarding the legal representation, distribution of assets,
confidentiality, and communication involving the above-named individuals.

2. Acknowledgment of Representation
 The Lawyer is representing Mr. Joseph Rothrock with respect to
administrate the inheritance.
 The Lawyer does not represent the Spouse unless otherwise agreed
to in writing.
 All legal advice given by the Lawyer is for the benefit of the
represented party only.
3. Confidentiality and Consent
 The Beneficiary consents to the Lawyer disclosing certain
confidential information to the Spouse for the purpose of facilitating
this Agreement and any asset distribution, subject to the Lawyer’s
ethical obligations.
 The Spouse agrees not to rely on any communication from the
Lawyer as personal legal advice and acknowledges the right to seek
independent counsel.

4. Distribution of Funds or Assets


 The Parties agree that any funds or assets due to the Beneficiary shall
be handled and distributed as follows:

 The Spouse agrees that he/she will not interfere with or dispute the
distribution outlined unless proper legal proceedings are initiated.

5. No Conflict of Interest
The Parties confirm that no conflict of interest currently exists, and if any
arises, the Lawyer may withdraw from representing any or all Parties, as
required by professional conduct rules.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of Tennessee.

7. Entire Agreement
This document represents the entire Agreement among the Parties and
supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
