Sub: Guideline for sanctioning of building plans on smal! plots upto 210.00 sq.m(3 cottahs) of land for all plots in general
AllExecutive Engineers are directed to strictly adhere to the follovwing guideline for sanctioning of building plans on small plots upto 210.00
sq.m (3 cottahs) of land for all plots in general.
.(1) Following criteria has to be followed for Sanction of building plan for residential use on small land area:
A. Proposal for erection of residential buildings having land area more than 30 Sq.M. upto 45 Sq.M:

Corporation Meeting vide Agenda No. 42: Item No. 3 dated 23/05/2025.
