ACCESSORIES
MULTIFUNCTION VALVE - Solenoid Pumps
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The multifunctional valve should be installed directly on
to the dosing pump’s delivery connector. It may also be
positioned as desired before tightening the ring nut.
Connect the delivery tube and the bleed tube as shown
in the assembly diagram. The bleed tube must be
connected to the product tank, making sure that it
remains above the maximum level of the product itself.

The precision of the electromagnetic pumps is influenced by the variation in delivery pressure, especially
between 0 and 1 bar. Furthermore, backpressure dosing prevents the generation of pump siphoning
phenomena. When, rather, the pump uses backpressure dosing, it may need to be protected from
excessive pressure that could cause malfunctioning and breakdown of the pump as well as the system.
Our multifunctional valve is designed to solve these series of problems with a single accessory that is
small and easy to install onto the pump.
The parts in contact with the liquid were chosen to guarantee complete compatibility with most of the
chemical products normally used. Given the variety of chemical products that exist on the market,
verifying chemical compatibility between the dosed product and the contact materials is recommended.
All of the diaphragms are made of PTFE.
