CREATE AND TEACH A DANCE
Materials: music, open space
Directions: In this game, students will be asked to
think of their own dance move, and then share it with
the class.
Benefits: This will not only allow them to have fun while
exercising their bodies, but will also challenge their
creative thinking. This activity also encourages the A-Z ANIMAL ACTIONS
children to interact with their peers as they teach each
Materials: alphabet / animal flashcards

alphabet, starting with the letter A, until they reach the
letter Z. The students will say an animal that starts with that
letter, and then mimic the animal’s actions.
