JOINING INSTRUCTIONS FOR AY 2025-26

Dear Parents,
Greetings from the campus!!

Welcome to Bharati Vidyapeeth Rabindranath Tagore School of Excellence AY 2025-26.

We are delighted to welcome you and your ward to the new academic session 2025-26. It is with
great enthusiasm and anticipation that we embark on this new journey together. Each academic year
offers a fresh opportunity to grow, learn, and strive toward excellence—and this year is no different. It
brings with it renewed energy, fresh aspirations, and the promise of turning new dreams into reality.

As always, we count on the unwavering support and cooperation of our parents in nurturing the
holistic development of our students. With this shared vision in mind, we would like to bring your
attention to a few important guidelines and request your kind adherence to the same.

1. School re opening date: Thursday,12th June 2025

2. School timings for Primary, Lower Secondary and Secondary: 8:40AM to 3:15PM

3. Reporting time: 8:30 AM to 8:40 AM (Please do not report to school before 8:30 AM)

4. Dispersal time: 3:15 PM

5. Short break:
• Primary: 8:50 AM to 9:10 AM
• Lower Secondary & Secondary: 8:50 AM to 9:10 AM

6. Long break:
• Primary: 12:55 PM to 1:25 PM
• Lower Secondary & Secondary: 12:55 PM to 1:25 PM

7. School Uniform – Kindly note the the school uniform.


• School Shirt
• Tie
• Trousers/shorts/ Divided skirts
• Blazer
• Sports track pants
• Sports t shirt in house color.
• Pair of shoes and socks

uniform at the next counter.

Process:
• The book charges need to be paid directly to the vendor.
• Pay quarter 1 fee on ERP.
• Print the receipt. This is mandatory as it needs to be handed over to the book vendor.
• Visit vendor store with the fee payment receipt.
• Handover the receipt to the vendor.
• Pay the amount due and collect the books and stationery.

9. Cafeteria
• The school provides an optional meal service to all the students at the following slabs:
Term 1: July to November – Rs.18,000/-
Term 2: December to April – Rs.18,000/-
• Kindly note this amount has been calculated based on the number of working days and
not monthly.
• Please note the cafeteria service shall commence from 1st July 2025.
• Kindly indicate your requirement of cafeteria services in the attached Google form link
provided below by the 30th of May 2025.

10. Identity Card:


• Parents are requested to prepare a temporary ID card along with a lanyard for the first
month of school and get the card stamped from the school office from the 05th of June
to the 10th of June between 10 AM to 1PM.
• Please refer to the attachment titled ‘IDENTITY CARD’ for a format of the same.

11. Bearer Card


• The bearer card shall be given with the school stationery kit.
• The same must be filled by the parent completely in order to facilitate smooth handover
of the student at the time of dispersal by bus/parent pick-up.
• The bearer card will be checked by the authority before handing over the student.
• Kindly fill in the school bearer card with all details and photographs and get it stamped
by school authorities along with ID card, from the school office before the first day of
school. Parents/Guardians must carry this bearer card on the first day of the school for
smooth pickup.

12. Aadhar Card:


• Kindly note that as per the Education Department norms it is mandatory for every
student to have an Aadhar Card.
• Without the Aadhar card, we will not be able to enroll students in any
examination, internal & external competitions, or any public events.
• Please apply immediately for an Aadhar card if the student does not already have
one.

13. Kindly note:


• All belongings should be visibly labelled with permanent ink including uniforms, tiffin
boxes, bottles, shoes, jackets, blazers, etc.
• The school diary will be handed over by the class teacher on the first day of school.
Please read and fill in all the details carefully on the same day. The diary should be
carried to school daily.

14. Sports selection:


• Request you to confirm the sports selection in the Google FORM link provided below.
• Sports Selection: As we have only 30 seats per sport per grade, we will accept students
on first come first serve basis. Thus, you are requested to select an alternative (Choice
Number 2) where the student can be further accommodated if numbers are full in
Choice Number 1 in the Google Form.

15. Curriculum Walk:
