1. For a card to be genuine the student MUST appear in the course examination register with the invigilator.
2. This card is confidential and it must be produced to the invigilator when required at each examination.
3. The name which appears on this card is the name which will appear on the degree/diploma certificate. Any errors must be communicated to the
Academic Registrar immediately. Initials are not allowed.
4. Your Examination number and not your name must appear on every answer book or supplementary sheet.
5. It is a serious offence to remove answer booklets used or unused from the examination room.
6. Mobile phones, notes and other communication devices are NOT allowed in the Examination room.
7. Refer to the cover of the answer booklet for more instructions on students conduct during examinations.
8. Cheating in examinations is a serious offence PUNISHABLE BY EXPULSION
