MATERIALS AND TOOLS

1. Yarn: you can use yarn according to your preferences with suitable colors.
In this pattern, I use Susan’s family 5ply (China brand) with code:
- Skin color yarn: code 47
- White yarn: code 01
- Black yarn: code 38
- Red yarn: code 18
- Brown yarn: code 11 and 12
- Green yarn: code 26 and 31
In addition, I used Susan’s family #3 Lace thread to embroider eyelashes
and eyebrows (if you don't have this yarn, you can strip 1 black yarn to
embroider eyelashes, 2 black yarns to embroider eyebrows).
2. Crochet hook: the product uses a 2.5 mm crochet hook to crochet the body, a
3.0mm crochet hook to crochet hair wig and clothes, or you can use the type
and size of hook suitable for the type of yarn you choose.
3. Others
- Safety eyes 8mm: 2 pcs
- Sofe wire: 2mm (to make skeleton for arms and neck)
- 6mm buttons: 4 pcs
- Fiberfill, sewing needles, scissors, pins, glue, etc…

 I. ARMS: x2

Start with skin colored yarn:

R1: 8sc in MR (8)

R2-13: 8sc (12R) (8)
Fasten off.

Do not stuff the arms, stuff the next parts as you crochet to ensure the product has a
nice shape.

II. LEGS: 2 pieces

Start with black yarn and make a chain of 6ch, starting from the 2nd loop:

R1: 1inc, 3sc, v4 into the last st, working on along the other side: 3sc, 1inc (14)
R2: 2inc, 3sc, 5inc, 3sc, 1inc, crochet 1sc more so that the hook is in the (22)
middle position behind the leg, mark the starting point from here.
R3: BLO 22sc (22)

Change to white yarn, do not cut the black yarn but squeeze the yarn out to
crochet the shoe edge detail later.

• Crochet the shoe rim: Continue with black yarn in FLO R7, go up 1ch and
crochet: 12slst. Fasten off.

Crochet the second leg (left leg) similar to the first leg (right leg). After finishing
the second leg, do not cut the yarn but continue crocheting the body.

III. BODY

R18: 10sc (left leg), 2ch, 14sc (right leg), 2sc (on ch), mark the starting point (32)
from here.
Note: the connection point between the 2 legs must be the center point on the
inside of the leg, depending on the crochet hand, you can move forward or reduce
the stitches to make the connection point accurate. The marker should be on the
back:

Start with skin-colored yarn, make 5hdc in MR.

Break the yarn with a long rest to sew, sew ear
between R18-20, 8sc from the center of the eye
(7sc from the outer edge of the eye )

VI. HAIR WIG

VII. CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES

Note: Use a hook 3mm to crochet, use single stitch v to make clothing more
softer!

1. Shirt

Start with green yarn #26 and make a chain of 17ch, start crocheting from the
2nd loop:

R1: (1sc, 1innc)x8, 1ch, turn (24)

R2: (1sc, 1inc, 2sc)x6, 1ch, turn (30)

R3: (2sc, 1inc, 2sc)x6, 1ch, turn (36)

R4: 5sc, 3ch, 7sk, 12sc, 3ch, 7sk, 5sc, 1ch, turn (28)

After finishing crocheting R10, do not cut the yarn but go up 1ch to continue
crocheting around the 2 sides of the shirt flap and collar with a row of single
stitch, at the intersection between the shirt flap and the collar, crochet (sc, ch, sc)
(position marked in the photo below ). Fasten off.

• Sleeves: x2

Work in rounds. Slst and ch1 at the end of

each round (the chain is not counted as a
stitch).
Sleeve consists of 12 stitches, 7 stitches
on top and 3 stitches on bottom and 2
stitches on both sides (positions marked in
photo).
At the bottom mid-sleeve point, take
green yarn #26 and crochet:
R1-6: 12hdc, slst, 1ch (12)
R7: 12hdc, slst.

• Collar: The collar edge has a total of 16 sc stitches, from the right collar take
green yarn #26 (hook facing up to the head part) up 1ch and crochet: 1sc,
14hdc, (1sc, 1slst). Fasten off.

2. Trousers

Work in rounds. Slst and ch1/ch2 at the end of each round (the chain is not
counted as a stitch)

• Part A : Using green yarn #31, make a chain of 28ch, then slip with the first
loop to form a circle, go up 1ch and start crocheting:
R1: 28sc, slst, 1ch ( 28)
R2: 28sc, slst, 2ch (28)
R3: 28dc, slst, 2ch (28)
R4: (6dc, 1inc-dc)x4, slst, 2ch (32)

• Part B : Use green yarn #31 to make a chain of 20ch, starting from the 2nd loop:
19sc, cut the yarn, leaving a long tail to sew.
Sew the green string in part B to part A to divide part A into 2 pant legs ( see
photos below ).

3. Belt

Start with brown yarn #11 make a chain of 66ch, from the 2nd loop start
crocheting: 65sc, fasten off.

Put on the pants and shirt, use glue to fix the 2 shirt flaps (left shirt flap over the
right shirt flap), stick 4 buttons on the left shirt flap.

Tie the belt around the doll's waist.

VIII. PRODUCT FINISHING
1. Face:
- Embroider the eye close to the attached eye pin (photo of finished
product)
- Embroidery eyebrows with susan lace #3 thread, 4sts wide, 1st high, the
space between eye and eyebrow is 3sts.
- Embroider nose in skin color, 1 row below eyes, 2sts wide.
- Embroider the white part of the eyes with white yarn.
- Use pink blush makeup powder or acrylic paint to make the rosy cheek on
the doll’s cheeks to make the face look more natural.
2. Hair wig:
- Place the wrong side of the hair wig on the head, the right side on top, the
center of the magic ring section of hair wig coincides with the top of the
head;
- Use pins to fix 2 hair strands S1 and S16 on both sides of the ears, hair
strands S2-S15 on the back of the head, and fix them;
- Flip the S17 hair strand to the other side of the head and fix it. The S18
and 19 strands do not need to be fixed to create a natural, fluffy hairstyle
(see photos below).
