Position Overview:
We are looking for a General Manager – Process Quality (CPI/Lean Six Sigma) to drive
operational excellence by developing SOPs, optimizing business processes, and ensuring
consistent quality across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG, Food, or Manufacturing
industries. A background in biofuels, carbon credits, or sustainability frameworks will be a
plus. Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully executed a Lean Six
Sigma project related to process optimization in biofuels or carbon credits.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Quality & Continuous Improvement:
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent quality
and operational efficiency.
Lead Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives using Lean Six Sigma
methodologies.
Identify and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity,
minimize waste, and improve efficiency.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making.
Establish a culture of operational excellence by integrating best practices into the
company’s workflow.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, safety standards, and quality
management systems.
Develop quality control frameworks to ensure process consistency and reliability.
Work closely with production, supply chain, and regulatory teams to align process
quality with business objectives.
Monitor and implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in all
operations.
Industry-Specific Optimization:
Utilize experience in FMCG, Food, or Manufacturing industries to develop industry-
specific quality assurance strategies.
Apply knowledge of biofuels, carbon credits, or sustainability frameworks to improve
supply chain efficiency.
Lead cost reduction initiatives while ensuring high-quality standards.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external
stakeholders to drive process excellence.
Train and mentor teams on process improvement methodologies, SOP
implementation, and quality control measures.
Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on operational improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
15+ years of experience in process quality, CPI, Lean Six Sigma, and operational
excellence.
Strong background in FMCG, Food, or Manufacturing industries.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
Expertise in writing SOPs, business process re-engineering, and quality assurance
frameworks.
Experience in biofuels, carbon credits, or sustainability projects is a plus.
Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
