66 1) Accessing MyHR
67 MyHR provides you with direct support for answering questions on benefits, pay, leaves, and other HR topics. You
68 can access MyHR anytime through the A to Z app, even on a non-
69 Amazon mobile device. If you do not yet have the A to Z app, please see the section below for step-
70 by-step instructions for how to install it off-network. Once logged into the A to Z app, here’s
71 how you can access MyHR:
72 1. Tap on the question mark icon in the top-right corner of the screen
73 2. Select "MyHR" from the menu options
74 3. You will be directed to the MyHR portal where you can access HR resources,
75 benefits information, and submit requests
76 2) Installing the A to Z App
77 To access the A to Z app from outside the Amazon network:
78 1. Download the latest version of the A to Z app from the Apple or Google app store

92 security key PIN. Below are step-by-step instructions:
93 b) Open the OWA website: Navigate to https://ballard.amazon.com in your browser
94 c) Enter your credentials: On the Midway Sign-in page, enter: Your Amazon alias, Your
95 Midway PIN, and then Click the Sign in button
96 d) Complete multi-factor authentication: When prompted with "Use Security Key", complete one of the following
97 options depending on which device you are using:
98 a. If you have a USB-C Port (Latest iPhones, iPads and Android devices): Insert your Yubikey into the USB-
99 C Port. Touch the Yubikey for a few seconds and you will be automatically redirected, if not, click on

101 b. If you have a lightning port (Older iPhones & iPads): Use lightning to USB-C adapter and then insert
102 your Yubikey into the USB-C Port. Touch the Yubikey for few seconds and you will be automatically

104 c. If you have a micro-usb port (Older Android devices): Use a micro-usb to USB-C adapter and then insert
105 your Yubikey into the USB-C Port. Touch the Yubikey for few seconds and you will be automatically

107 e) Finish the process: Once authentication is successful, immediately remove your YubiKey.
108 Here are a few key points to check if you are having trouble connecting:
109 • Ensure your YubiKey is properly inserted into the USB-C port
110 • Try connecting from a Safari or Chrome browser for the best experience. If you’re on
111 an Android device, ensure you’re not in “work profile” when on a Chrome browser.
112 • If you see a 'One-Time Password' text box, tap it first, then touch your Yubikey for a
113 few seconds
114 • If your security key is not automatically detected, dismiss the system prompt and
115 interact with Midway page directly
116 • If you cannot see your onscreen keyboard after successfully authenticating,
117 remember to remove your YubiKey immediately after you’ve authenticated.

170 Obligations to protect Amazon Data: As an Amazon employee, at the outset of your employment, you undertook
171 obligations to protect all non-public Amazon data, and this obligation still applies. For example, that means you
172 cannot take copies of files containing confidential information, even if you created them. It also means you must not
173 copy or transfer them in any way (USB, cloud storage, email, etc.), and must delete any such files that you may have
174 elsewhere, such as back-up or printed. Amazon has the right to check for compliance with the confidential
175 information policy, and violations will be investigated and acted on.

179 • IT Assets Return Process: It is recommended to submit the IT assets tagged to your Amazon ID, to local IT in
180 person. Asset here includes (not limited to) Amazon-provided laptops or desktops, phones, associated IT
181 accessories such as laptop chargers, monitor, docking station and Amazon Access Badge Security Key, Yubikey
182 etc. that are tagged to your ID. Return ALL THE ASSETS and any company-issued phones wiped of personal
183 information, including Apple ID and Google accounts by handing them over to local IT. If you are not based out
184 of any of the Amazon office regions and you are a virtual employee, please wait for email from the IT team for
185 instructions on reverse logistics OR write to [email protected].

187 • Access to Allsec account after last working day: You will get a separate username and password from the Allsec
188 team after your last day of work. You can access the portal from outside the Amazon network
189 (https://www.allsechro.com/Amazonlogin) to download relieving letter, etc. You will have access to this tool
190 for up to 1 year after your last day of work. Ensure that you have provided your personal email id in
191 A2Z>Profile>Manage personal information on priority.

193 • Tax Exemption: For prorated tax exemption, ensure to upload the below documents (not limited to) as soon as
194 possible (before your LWD) post which access for all employees will be taken away. You can visit Allsec site
195 through Amazon SSO login or external login and submit documents as instructed for the tax exemption.

197 o Leave travel allowance (LTA) bills
198 o Investment proof submission – You have time till your last working day to submit the investment proofs

287 D. Amazon India – Portability/Continuity options for Medical Insurance

289 Introduction
290 Amazon India provides Amazon Sponsored Group Medical Insurance to all blue badge employees and enrolled
291 immediate dependents (spouse/ same gender partner and children). All blue badge employees are auto-enrolled
292 into this plan from day one. The coverage ends on your last day of employment which is why it’s important to
293 understand portability options for self and all the enrolled dependents as well as continuity option available for
294 enrolled parents/parents-in-law under Voluntary Medical Insurance for Parents/Parents-in-law.
295 Portability
296 Portability is an important feature of group insurance benefits and refers to the option for an individual to continue
297 their insurance coverage when they exit. Portability eliminates the vulnerability of not having medical insurance
298 coverage by allowing employees to convert their coverage into a retail plan. Our insurer, National Insurance
299 Company (NIC) offers portability which allows Amazonians to convert their group medical insurance, including any
300 earned waiting period benefits, into a retail policy, when you purchase one of their plans
301 Advantages of porting your medical insurance
302 • Coverage for pre-existing conditions, provided you have been employed by Amazon India for four continuous policy
303 years without a break in your tenure on the date of your exit. If your tenure with Amazon India is less than four years,
304 applicable waiting periods apply. Kindly refer to FAQ 6 for more details.
305 • Waiver of 30-day waiting period before you can submit claims.
306 • Waiver of 1st year waiting period on certain diseases provided you have been employed by Amazon India for one
307 year without a break in your tenure.
308 • Waiver of 2nd year waiting period on certain diseases provided you have been employed by Amazon India for two
309 continuous years without a break in your tenure.
310 Conditions under portability
311 • You must initiate the portability option 30 days prior to your last working day for it to be effective the following
312 day. Kindly refer to the below “process flow” section for more details.

313 • Once initiated, you will get a grace period of 30 days from your last working day with Amazon India to pay the
314 premium amount due towards medical insurance.
315 • If you do not initiate the portability option, it will cause a break in your insurance coverage and you will lose the
316 portability advantages outlined above. Age restrictions, underwriting and coverage for pre-existing conditions will
317 be applied, as defined by the terms and conditions of the retail plan.
318 • To exercise the portability option, an employee (and the enrolled dependents) is required to have been enrolled
319 in the Amazon India Group Medical Insurance plan for a minimum of one policy year, which is July 1 to June 30. This
320 means that you must have been enrolled in the plan since July 1, 2024 at a minimum, to be eligible to use the
321 portability option.
322 • The insurance company will suggest a suitable retail medical insurance policy and premium based on different
323 factors, such as your age, preferred sum insured amount, tenure, coverage history and claim history for yourself and
324 any dependents insured under the plan.
325 • Based on your medical history, the insurer may ask you/ your dependents to undergo medical tests if you or your
326 dependents were enrolled in the group medical insurance plan for less than four years.
327 • Parental entry age is restricted to 80 years when purchasing a retail plan through the portability option.
328 • Additional terms and conditions may apply as per the standard policy conditions for each insurance plan.
329 Process flow
330 • Initiate the portability request by submitting the filled in portability form to [email protected] and
331 [email protected] with cc to [email protected] and [email protected] along with
332 details of the members that you wish to cover by using the portability option. Proposal form is attached as
333 Annexure IV. Alternatively, you can download the form from A to Z page.
334 • The Mercer Marsh Benefits team will email you the suitable proposal (e.g. National Mediclaim Policy/ New
335 National Parivar/ National Sr. Citizen Mediclaim policy) along with the initial premium details and policy
336 conditions within 3 to 4 working days.
337 • Share the filled in proposal form (included in the portability request form), including the list of documents given
338 in Annexure C to [email protected] and [email protected] with cc to
339 [email protected] and [email protected] within 48 hours.
340 • The insurer will share the final quote and bank details to which the premium needs to be paid. You are required
341 to pay the required premium within 30 days from your last working day at Amazon India.
342 • The insurer will issue your retail policy within 30 calendar days and send it to the personal email as indicated in
343 the portability form.
344 • Once the policy is issued, coverage will start on the first day after you exit the company (e.g. If your exit date is
345 June 1, 2025, then coverage will be effective from June 2, 2025) or the date of payment (if the payment is
346 received by the insurer within the grace period of 30 days), whichever is later. (E.g. if payment is made on June
347 15, 2025 then coverage effective date is June 15, 2025).
348 Continuity
349 All the exit employees have an option to continue the Voluntary Medical Insurance for Parents/Parents-in-law till
350 the policy end date. Employee has to reach out to Mercer Marsh team on [email protected] , 30
351 days prior to last working day with Amazon India.
352 If opting for Continuity:
353 • Premium will not be refunded and the parental plan will continue till policy end date. The additional
354 premium due till the end of policy year will be recovered from full and final settlement. All terms &
355 conditions of the policy remains same.
356 If not opting for Continuity:
357 • The premium charged from beginning of the policy year in July till the month of exit will not be refunded.
358 • The premium due in the exit month will be refunded on pro-rata basis subject to NIL claims and plan will
359 terminate on last working day.
360 • In case of claim, balance premium amount due till the end of policy year will be recovered from full and
361 final settlement.

450 Full and Final Settlement FAQs
451 Q. When will I receive my full and final settlement payments (FFS 1 and FFS 2) and my relieving letter?
452 FFS 01 (first payment)
453 • FFS 01 consists of fixed components and base pay including wages, salary, ex gratia, sign-on bonus, and so
454 on.
455 • Employees eligible for Gratuity will be paid out separately but on the same day as FFS 01. Gratuity payslip
456 and FFS 01 Payslip will generate separately on Allsec platform.
457 • FFS 01 will be paid within 2 business days from your last working day. FFS 01 will also comprise of deductions
458 such as Anytime Pay and salary advance deductions, short pay deduction, statutory deductions (PF, PT,
459 income tax, and so on), food coupon recovery, relocation.

461 FFS 02 (second payment)
462 FFS 02 is subject to release after stakeholder clearances and exit lock and consists of balance payable and receivable
463 components such as:
464 • MyTime Inputs - shift allowance, overtime and leave encashment.
465 • All Allowances and Bonuses - RnR cash and Tax, WFH allowance, vaccination Bonus, SPO bonus, contractual
466 bonus, AWS sales commission, referral bonus and so on. These bonuses and allowances are subject to
467 timely input received from business managers and POC.
468 • Transport allowance basis work location.
469 • Pending gratuity payable or receivable basis Gratuity Form submitted by employee.

470 • RSU payments and receivables basis vesting done till LWD.
471 • Receivables such as notice pay, laptop deprecated amount, open receivables of FFS 01, pending Anytime

477 • Employees must contact MHLS for queries in payslips or payments and any balance inputs for payout will be
478 verified by exit team with the stakeholders before sharing with payroll.
479 • For delayed inputs there might be revisions in FFS 02 and is subject to payment 8-10 working days from the time
480 new inputs are received from Exits team to payroll.
481 • Employees must update their personal email address on A to Z as they will receive a unique user ID and password
482 within 48 hours of their last working day to access Allsec in order to download previous and final payslips.
483 • Employee must submit gratuity form and leave encashment form during employee clearance itself.
