1. KNOWLEDGE – your awareness and knowledge of
yourself impacts directly on your personal
effectiveness. Being self aware, making the most of
your strengths, learning new skills and behavioural
flexibility are all keys to improving your personal
performance.
2. TALENTS – our innate characteristics needed to be
identified first and then developed to be used in a
particular subject area. (science, sports, music, arts,
math, communication)

which in turn contributes to the emergence of your
new ideas.
