Women Entrepreneur
Women entrepreneurs defined as the women or a group of women who
initiate, organize and operate a business enterprise. Women are
expected to innovate, imitate or adopt an economic activity to be called
women entrepreneurs.
Women are no longer confined to the hearth and home. The
entrepreneurial capacity of women has made a mark in many areas
and women have entered the industrial segment, too. It is time to foster
and harness the entrepreneurship of women in a big way.

Uttarakhand’s women acing various fields across country
The women of Uttarakhand have achieved tremendous growth during recent years
in various fields across the country. Many rural women are running several local
businesses which have boosted their confidence and made them independent which
in turn also inspires other women. This was stated by former cabinet minister rank
position holder, Santosh Kashyap while talking about the development of women
in the state. According to Kashyap, "The central and state governments have
launched many programmes that support women entrepreneurs in their various
ventures across the State. Several women in rural areas are successfully running
small businesses with the help of loans with minimum interest that facilitate them
with the required capital under such programmes. Women are actively involved in
various businesses like animal husbandry and food catering business and becoming
financially independent." She said that Uttarakhand's women are acing every field
across the country whether it be entrepreneurship, army, acting, engineering or
medical field. "The situation of women in the State has improved extensively in the
last few years. Women are today more confident, powerful and vocal about their
choices. I am certain that the women of Uttarakhand would achieve more success
in the future too," stated Kashyap.

Conclusion
The Research Was Carried out on impact Of Indian Government
Schemes on female entrepreneurs in the state of Uttarakhand. The
socio- cultural status have major differences in view, while the
people in the state increase their position and boost the state
economy with low social cultural status. Our Observation had also
shown that most of the women started their entrepreneurial venture
after marriage and married women depicted a higher level of
entrepreneurial orientation. The educational level of the family wise
on the basis of the parents . The relationship between social cultural
status and locality is an essential variable in deciding the
environmental entrepreneurship among women of the state of
Uttarakhand
