This document proposes a smart roadside emergency management application for Nepal that includes ambulance dispatch services located through GPS as well as insurance services. OBJECTIVES :
 Emergency medical response in Nepal is lagging behind other countries.
 To address the issue, we are introducing smart roadside issuse management
applications which includes
i. 100 ,101,102,103.
ii. Towing Service
iii. Hospital & Health POST
iv. Insurance Surveyor.
 IoT and smartphone technologies helps in building a platform which serves
every smartphone user.
 The application collects location information from GPS hardware.

 Uses Google Map API to plot details of the ambulances on the Google Map
Client of the Smartphone App.
INTRODUCTION :
 Improving efficiency in healthcare sector is one of the
difficult and most challenging jobs.
 That includes various aspects such as getting ambulance
within minimum amount of time.
 This solution focus to make the ambulance available to a
needy patient in the shortest possible time by redirecting
the ambulance from a nearby location
METHODOLOGY:

 Vehicle Registration.
 User Login
 View Vehicle location availability.
 Send user location to driver.
 Server take decision about path and serving vehicle.
 if driver is unavailable server request to next nearest
ambulance.
 User get message when driver accept the server or user
request.
ARCHITECTURE :
 Fig 1.1 shows the proposed system architecture.
 The GPS is embedded within the ambulance which will
keep track of the ambulance at all time.
 User sends requested to server through the App.

 Server redirect the request to near by ambulance driver.

 This will help the patient to reach the hospital as soon as


possible.
ADVANTAGE:
 Live tracking and status information of all available
ambulances in a map which helps for quick redirection of
the ambulance to a critical spot.
 Better transparency in claims, which results to decrement
of fake claims.
 Lessen Human Death.
 Reduces Hospital bills.
FUTURE SCOPE :
 Traffic police can help in this if they know the
ambulance’s current location in advance. It will be easier
for them to make police report.
 The app can designed to send patient health parameters
to hospital also.
CONCLUSION :
 In this paper, an idea is proposed for saving a patient's
life in a faster way possible.
 With this Application, the ambulance can reach the
patients as location is given through the app
 Hence it reduces the time complexity and helps to
provide faster medical services.
