Dear Students,
The In-Semester Examination/Evaluation I (ISE-I) for SY, TY, and Final year B.Tech. students of academic year 2025-26, which is scheduled to begin on 18th August 2025 as per the academic calendar. The course-wise timetable is attached to this email. All the students should carefully note the timetable and strictly follow the examination rules as given below:
- Students should reach the examination hall 20 minutesbefore the scheduled timeof the examination.
- Students should be in theInstitute Uniform(dress code) during all examination schedules.
- Electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, laptops, tablets, wireless headphones, or Bluetoothdevices are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.
- Students must have an Institute ID card and Admit Card for this Examination.
- Students should not carry any notes/books/photocopies of any documents during the examination.
- 6. Any misbehaviour will be dealt with in accordance to the Rules and Regulations (RRs) defined by SGGSIE&T, Vishnupuri, Nanded, and SRTMU, Nanded.
- College bags and writing pads are not allowed to be carried in the exam hall.
- This In-Semester Examination/Evaluation I (ISE - I)will be of 20 marks for 45 minutes.
Special Note:
- The ISE I of the following courses will be conducted on Saturday, 13th September 2025.
- Multidisciplinary Minor (MDM) course of SY,
b. Open Elective (OE) Course of SY
c. Open Elective (OE) Course of TY.
- During the examination, if a student(s) engages in any malpractice, he/she will be punished with the Subject Performance Cancellation (SPC) rule as one of the RRs defined by SGGSIET, Nanded. Furthermore, after the malpractice is investigated, more stringent rules defined by SRTMU, Nanded, will be enforced.
The Rules and Regulations for probable punishment for involvement in malpractice during the examination are attached to this email.
