Abu Laith proposedto senddetaineeto a twenty-five day training courseon missiles,mines,rockets,andwould give detainee500Pakistaninrpeesperattackthat producedcasualtiesusingmissiles,mines,androckets. o (S) RasulKhan told detaineehe andAbu Laith worked for Al-Qaida, but informed detaineenot to tell anyoneandto saythat they worked for JEM. . (S) Detaineeworked for Saifurahmanout of the Mirali Village in the Khowst Province. Saifruahmanis an Al-Qaida operativewho runsthe JEM out of the Nazamia Madrassa. Saifurahmanfrequentlyvisited the Machi Khil village to train on military operations. .
