The EC wants Europe to become Cloud Active to protect Research data and to stimulate Research to build a European Cloud Industry to employ high tech people We believe Research & Technology Organizations (RTO’s) want a European Cloud business alternative Cloud is the future business model The big European suppliers together have the opportunity to attract more RTO’s in one HNX, than the sum of suppliers can do individually Steered by managers of all suppliers, in principle based on consensus. in case of non-consensus, structured voting will be done Contracts will be closed between Cloud Service Providers and Cloud Users CGI is the initial IaaS market place service provider, paid from a surcharge on both the Supplier- and Client Cloud business volumes The other suppliers do deliver IaaS or Cloud Consulting Services HNX will do the marketing
