Over a decade of intensive restaurant management experience that included one of America’s premier restaurant chains. Began career as a Trainer and assumed increasing levels of responsibility from Manager to Director and most recently a Business Owner. Consistently demonstrating leadership strengths, with the ability to mentor and motivate employees to achieve and surpass company objectives. Highly effective at working with staff and corporate directors. Seeking new and exciting challenges that need a progressive, dynamic food service consultant.
