I've worked with libraries as a director or an association executive for many years. In that time, there has been one overriding passion: to refresh and sustain the ideals and the practice of library service. To stay relevant and vital, libraries must align themselves to the aspirations of the communities they serve. My specialties include: ★ Changing institutions -- Led successful reorganizations of the Public Library Association and OCLC's Users/Members/Global Council. ★ Leading libraries -- Managed a $34 million annual budget at the Library of Michigan.
