I work at Real-Time Innovations, RTI specializes software for secure distributed systems, specially systems with significant requirements in terms of scalability, performance, or robustness. In recent years my work has focused around the OMG Data-Distribution Service Standard (DDS). I co-authored DDS back in 2004 as well as the sister DDS Interoperability Wire Protocol Standard (DDS-RTPS) and the DDS Security standard. I started and co-chair the OMG Data Distribution SIG which is responsible for this technology, and in the last few years helped develop 5 more related specifications: UML Profile for DDS, DDS Extensible Types, DDS for light-weight CCM, DDS C++ PSM, DDS Java, and DDS-WEB
