Summary I started investing in real estate over 25 years ago. I spent a lot of money on useless marketing activities that never resulted in much. Part of the problem was that the leads weren't any good. The other problem was that the leads didn't convert into customers. So I ended up having to learn to do my own internet marketing and to develop my own websites. What I found out was that I was able to do it a lot better.
