I work on the MSU CABS team to coordinate social media monitoring in support of efforts to advance the MSU brand and to promote and manage the university's reputation. I also work to promote a culture of learning and cooperation among campus social media users. I do freelance consulting and training on content strategy and social media marketing. I believe in using social media strategically for business purposes, and my rule is to keep the customer in mind at all times.
